My problem is that I gain weight very easily on the butt and thighs. Right now I am 36 inches around my hips even through i'm barely a 32A. I don't want to lose weight to lose the size because i'm only 105 pounds at 5'4 but i've also developed ugly stretch marks down the entire area and the cellulie makes it look like cottage cheese. Working out the muscles in the area seemed to only make them bigger so I stopped. I run regularly and that doesn't seem to have any effect. I've tried skin brushing but maybe my technique is wrong because it hasn't made a difference in a month. Is there anything left to try?

Vitamin E/K oil. Rennaisance/Stri-vectin cream. There's another book on the 'real health' site. It'll prolly give you more ideas what to use commercially or herbally-wise to help that. E/ and renaissance cream were my saviors along with MSM and vit C. www.realhealthmethod.comWen'

Does vitamin E/K and renaissance cream reduce the appearance of cellulite or stretch marks?
The clerk at the health food store looked up cellulite for me in his herb book and it suggested Chromium and Kelp tablets. I also bought some liquid Chromium to rub into my butt (problem area for cellulite). I haven't been using it very long, and not consistantly so I'll let ya know if it works!

I'm not sure chromium should be used topically, but kelp can. There's a great deal of information about treating cellulite and stretch marks in the 'Real Beauty - Real Health' book, and a number of strategies for reducing both in the book. I highly, highly recommend springing the couple of bucks for the book, because it's extensive in material for beauty problems from adolescences to old age and will be kept updated as new treatments are developed. Buyers of the book will receive unlimited, cost-free updates of the book. www.realhealthmethod.com or www.realhealthmethod.com/index_files/page0003.htmlThe book was designed to be used with or without dowsing, as all protocols for conditions only contain those supplements or substances shown to be effective for that condition.
