I have been doing step routines with Pilate's and some other aerobic exercise for over 3 years. The thing is, is that I have struggled with my weight for a long time,13 years, and it is hard for me to think of not exercising. My question is, Can i do the step exercise if I don't do the arm portion? Or is aerobic just plain ol bad for BE? I also have a low impact aerobic workout from denise Austin that I can choose from low, middle, or high aerobic. Which would be best for BE? Also do squats affect BE? I'm also checking out T-Tapp and was wondering Which videos/ combination of videos would be good for mid-waist to foot tone/fat loss? thanks in advance for all the wonderful help I'll bee getting from all of you.
