Hi ladies, I'm finally going to try T-Tapp. I'm quite fit - walk around 40 mins every day, longer at weekends, and was doing weight training at the gym 2-3 x weekly until Feb. My goal is to tone and lose a bit of body fat. But the weights haven't worked very effectively. I've dowsed that T-Tapp would be more effective (leaner muscles, not bulky like weights). But I don't know where to start. I'm keen on toning stomach and thighs (herbs have certainly given me extra cellulite) but an overall upper and body tone (for back fat and arms too) would be great. Do I need to get a package of routines? I'm 42, not overweight, although would like to lower my body fat and tighten muscle and skin overall. Must say, I'm starting to notice that it's harder to shift fat these days...

I'll be carrying it at Botanical Beauty Lab within a week or so.
Since you are in pretty good shape, I would recommend starting with the total workout if your budget extends that far.
If not, the basic workout plus is inexpensive, quick to do, and has been known to give good results even to women in pretty good shape.
I'll see what I can do about expediting my set up with T-Tapp.

Thanks Fawn! You've confirmed what I thought. And it's great to know that so many women have had such success with the programme. I could really do with some of that toning right now!

T-Tapp does work your whole body, but I found it pretty boring. I didn't feel it building strenght. I view it mostly as a cardio workout. I've gone back to my weight/cardio route instead. Just in case you wanted a different oppinion.

Thanks for your share. To be honest I get bored with most exercise routines! I just want something quick and effective. I was finding the gym routine dull and didn't see results. Also, the gym I could afford doesn't have an instructor so it's up to you. I was using an exercise routine for weight machines, but really didn't see much toning, just bulk. I used to work out with weights a lot with good results, but that was years ago. Just thought I'd give the T-Tapp a go for a change - if it works, I can stand the monotony (at least for a bit).

Ah, I have a lot of trouble adding bulk. I just get leaner, so bulking's not a worry for me. Also, weights help prevent osteoperosis, which is cool. Good luck with T-Tapp. It oughtta wear you out for a while. Also, I just got bumped up to TWO stars . Yay.

Thanks for the good luck! I really hope I can tone. I've got the strength, but would love to drop a dress size. The herbs packed a bit of fat on which is not proving easy to lose! I used to lose fat fast but now... By the way, if anyone wants to sell their T-Tapp DVDs, I'm interested. I'm in Europe tho'...... but will check to see if I can play US coded DVDs on my player. WQ

I read an interesting article about a study which said that a clinical study showed that adding 30minutes of excercise had the equivalent results of depression medication. I think that particular excercise has your blood moving in a very positive manner.
The power of just a little cardio is amazing for life, for breasts, for health.
