Where are you in the world pixiedust? If you're in the UK your best bet would be to go to a health food shop or maybe The Body Shop. Anywhere that's beauty/health orientated. I don't know a huge amount about brushing myself (I put a post here about it a while ago and it has yet to be answered!). I just know that your supposed to do it regularly before a shower and use long sweeping movements towards your heart. On areas with cellulite like your butt and thighs you can move in a circular motion. Thats all I know! Its meant to be really good for you, great for your lymphatic system. LM  |

sounds good but it also sounds like ti could make people skin quite sore after they have done it. Seems to be a bit like exfoliating (if thats how u spell it  ). Im from the uk |
