I ordered the complete t-tapp system -- cellulite and beginner/rehab dvd's. I thought I ought to work on my fat before I start worrying about my boobs. I have silly worries though. I'm afraid I'm not coordinated enough to do some of the exercises, that my liitle dorm room is too small, that people will think I'm a typical girl for doing exercise videos in my room, that it won't work for me and I'll have wasted my money. Gah! These are ridiculous worries, but I just wanted to get them off my chest. I just want to drop two pants sizes (Are pants sizes different than dress sizes?) and I think I'll be able to do that, especially if I watch what I eat. I think I'm worried because I'm so hopeful.

Hi, I don't have any idea about the t-tapp system but I have had experience with exercise videos/dvds and can give you some advice on those! While I was at Uni I got really fit and slim by going to the gym quite often and working hard. Once I finished uni though and moved back home the pounds pilled on and I looked for a cheap way to get into shape. My friend had lost over a stone (don't know what that is in pounds!) in a month by doing an exersize dvd at home every day. So I thought I'd give it a go. The first few times were cr*p, I didn't think I was making any difference but after I got used to the routine I learnt how to do the moves to make my body work harder. And that is the secret to the videos, you've gotta push yourself to make it work even if you can do the moves without getting out of breath (which is why a lot of people give up). Unfortunately, I never stuck with the videos, never got the same feeling as I did when I used to go to the gym and I got EXTREMELY bored of them fast! If you have the time, the patience and the motivation, they can work so I say just try it and see! you've got nothing to loose but weight! Just remember to try and get your heart going and sweating is a good thing! (just don't over-do it you can always see a doctor about getting advice on the amount of exercise you should be doing!) LM I've just read about t-tapp, sounds very interesting and maybe more effective then videos i've tried. Give it a go and then at least you'll get a feel of whether you like doing exercise/t-tapp in your room!
