So I'm a couple of days late. I got sick. That's one way to lose weight . But I did this last week: Sun-- TBW+HTF Mon--same Tues--same Thurs--same I'll post what I have been doing for this week on Sunday. Hopefully all of us t-tappers will get back into the habit of accountability. It's such a great way to support eachother. I picked up a new lady to exercise with us this week while she is visiting down here in Costa Rica for 2 months. Today (6-23-04) was her first day. I was impressed. She did the whole TBW with us, and not the instructional tape. She really cooked. I thought that might have scared her off, but she says she will be back tomorrow. What a trooper! Hope all of you are still doing your tapping and just not getting around to posting. Katrina
