Okay, I admit it. I haven't written in for a while. I hope I am back. I hurt my arm moving to a new house. But really, I went through a 21 day boot camp ! I got to my new neighbourhood and my new landlord lady decided she wanted to work out with me. We started working out and a few days later another lady neighbour caught on about the workouts and she joined. I bet you wouldn't guess what happening next? Yep, another lady in the neighbourhood found out and started a few days later. Soo...since I had the tapes and wanted to support the other women through their bootcamps, I got a 21 day boot camp. You know what is even worse is I got an excited group of women and they decided that tape 1 and 2 wasn't enough. They decide quickly to do Total Workout AND Hit the Floor for boot camp. Can you figure out why I haven't been posting? puff puff puff. Now we are down to 4 times a week. I have been very faithful obviously. I got a comment from one of the ladies. She said I am starting to look like I have a six pack tummy! First time I ever got that compliment. I still have some fat on my tummy . But I am trying anyway to keep going. Hope y'all had a good week! Katrina

What does your bootcamp consist of? I'm curious and need some direction on my t-tapp journey. Also, I've done the two instructional videos just once and I'm already impressed that you did that AND HTF for as long as you did.

Dear Flatandgreen,
Boy we sure needed you to ask such a question. We started a T-tapp accountability club and we all sort of drifted from putting down our routines.
But to answer your question, I now am on another bootcamp but at the medium 'tempo' level.
A bootcamp at your level would consist of 4, 10, or 14 days working out every day. If you want to lose one dress size then just 4 days, if two then 10 and if more than two then 14. Then you carry on after that time with a workout 3 times a week for 6 to 8 weeks afterwards.
To be counted as a bootcamp workout you must do the instructional tape #1 and instructional tape #2 or the equilivant being The Total Rehab Workout.
If you would like some support, then I would be interested in resurrecting our accountability updates every week. I work out whether I update or not.
And friends, I am happy with my body now (minus my breasts-- just about to start SBS again). I have a flat tummy and muscles, and the cellulite is going, going...well, just some left.
It really works! It's worth the sweat.

Yeah, I'm up for starting up again. I've been back at it for about 3 weeks now, regularly anyway, and up to opening up the thread again.

Sounds great Fawn! I will get the ball rolling by starting an accountability on Sunday. We can do the normal of Sunday to Sunday, with a fudge day of Monday of course . "We Can Do It!" I just hate it when she says that and I'm about to faint

I would love to have accountability start up again. I've done the whole workout again and think that I'll need some group support in the future to continue sweating and wobbling and trembling. I love it, though, because my posture's improved and I feel longer and leaner. When I feel that way, I don't even really care if I look it or not. So, of course, I want to keep up with it. I'll be back on Sunday then.
