First, what sort of diet and exercise program are you on? I'm about a size 4...or 5 or 2...depending on different brands but am trying to get to a size 1 or something for summer. As for the lower back love handles here's a few things I do that have helped. I do side bends with free weights. I will explain since this may not be the correct term for this exercise. I take usually a 12 lb weight and sometimes 24 lb free weight...just whatever I feel comfortable with and hold it in my hand, let's just say right hand for now. Then with your feet alittle over shoulder length apart, put your left hand on your head or at your side(your left arm is not needed now) and place your right arm down by your side holding the weight. Then bend at your waist to your right side making sure you right arm and weight go down further. You are just bending over sideways and you will feel the burn on your left side. Do about 10 reps on each side doing the same with the left side. That wasn't the best explanation but if you need me to make it clearer that just feel free to contact me. These really strengthen not only my sides but also take care of the lower back lovehandle very well. Also, I use the ab slide or something like that for my abs and it tend to work my back, especially lower back out very well also. Jump roping also is a good source of cardio to help target that area. Good luck and if you have any exercises that are good for thighs and the hip area let me know
