Yeah, I've been slacking. Have good excuse (least they sound good to me, lol). My house sold and have just weeks to find me something else to live in. Am in a bidding war on a house at the moment and it's taking a lot of my time. ANYWAYS..... So I thought I would be a 'good girl' and finally get to trying out SATI that I've had for a few weeks. From all the raves about it my expectations were up. Does anyone else feel like there's no flow to it? I was stepping so fast to keep up I felt like a demented mad woman. Most of the moves I've already seen. Yes, I got the tips and will incorporate them into my daily walking, but I guess I expected more. The pace was so fast I'm sure I didn't keep half the form I should have. I would have gotten a better workout if it was slower and I was able to concentrate more on keeping better form, but that's just my opinion. Sorry to be gripey. It's back to my tempo to torso and hit the floor. Likes them the best so far

Hi Pammy I thought the same thing when I first started the sati. Then I did it a couple of times without doing the arm movements just concentrated on the walking part , and what a difference. Now I actually sweat when I do the tape. Tighten and tuck ;D Congratulations on selling your house and good luck with your bids on the new house. Hope you get the house of your dreams.

Pammy - I haven't got SATI - though have been thinking about getting it. Interested in temporary "swap"? I will loan you Mini-Max 4 (lower body) for a couple weeks in exchange to see if I like SATI. You can't get the Minimax's anymore, and it's a hell of a lower body workout. It has PBS, plies, lunges, balance sequence, TTNs, then floor work - OIP/HF, AL & DD. Yep - ALL that in about 25 minutes. It moves a bit fast, too, though. Of course, after Barb's post you may not be interested. Fawn

Okay, I'll give it a few more tries. But if still feel the same way, you got a deal, Fawn!
