Monday - nada Tuesday - B/R 1/2 reps Wednesday - B/R 1/2 reps Thursday - B/R 1/2 reps Friday - B/R 1/2 reps Saturday - Instr 1 & 2 Sunday - Mini-Max 4
I'm sure I brushed, but not sure which days. Diet started to falter as the workouts got harder, but that's to be expected.

I guess I did all right this week. I finished my 10 day bootcamp. I think I'll do the B/R Sun, Mon, Wed, and Fri for about 4 weeks, then move it down to 3X/wk. Mon- B/R, skin brushing, OIP, situps Tue- B/R, skin brushing, OIP, situps Wed- skin brushing, OIP, situps Thu- skin brushing, OIP, situps Friday- BWO+, skin brushing, OIP, situps Sat- skin brushing, OIP, situps Sun- B/R, skin brushing, OIP, situps I'm going to look for the Intermediate workout on eBay, I guess it'll whoop me even harder , but the workout is shorter, and maybe I'll see results faster.
