Hi Everyone! Fawn, are you still alive after that T-tapp day in front of the Exercise Boss? You just had to have lost lots of inches in all the right areas. I get to relate to you a little this next week with you Pammy. I just found out I am moving, which means I have to clean this place so it can be shown to others I am not looking forward to the work, but definitely excited about the new house. I get a bathtub! That is rare down here in Costa Rica. So, this week I got back on the exercise wagon even better, but I sure have lost a lot of energy. I can only make it through the balance sequence before I realize my body says enough, and if I do more it will be too much. You gotta listen to those things when you have CFS. I dry brushed every day. well, every night Mon- PBS and hoedowns Tues- Basic Plus Fri- Total workout thru balance sequence Sat- same as Fri. I sure hope my body allows me to do the whole thing this week. Hope you ladies had a good week! Katrina

Well, around the beginning of March I ordered Instructional tapes 1 & 2, Basic WO +, and Beg/Rehab tapes from eBay. It took a week or two to get through the instructionals, but I did it, then decided to do a 10 day bootcamp with the B/R tape. So, today is day 8. I didn't want to post any earlier for fear of jinxing myself, but now I'm pretty sure I can get through two more days. I've noticed a LOT of firming up and my tushy has lifted quite nicely. So, I'm quite proud of myself (I know that's really conceited) but it's the first time I've stuck to an exercise program that such a pain. Yay for me!

The class isn't until tonight - and I don't think I'm going to be able to make it (big sigh of relief).
Not much exercise again - I've been de-motivated. However, there may be a change to that.
Diet has been good, but still, that's it. I haven't even been brushing.

I'm trying to get back on track after my horrible bout with bronchitis (was unable to work out for about 3 weeks). So I decided to take it slow and just start with BWO+ for a couple of days first.
Well, I made it through the WHOLE B/R workout on short reps, so I'm pleased.
Also - lost 4 pounds.
So, I'm psyched!
