Hi Tappers!
We had some good talks last week! Guess I'll carry on our conversations on this week.
But first the truth:
I did dry brushing every day and a PBS
Mon-- Total Rehab Workout and HTF
Tues-- only two PBS
Wed-- Total Rehab Workout and HTF
Thurs-- only two PBS -- I was feeling pretty weak. I can get that way after working out hard the day before. I decided to listen to my body.
Fri-- Total Rehab Workout and HTF
Sat-- my day off as always
Sun-- one PBS
I am getting thinner for sure. My bust size went up while my other sizes went down, so not too bad for the start of another ramp up of AF visiting.
Pammy, I can so relate with you! I get jelly-legs every time I do a workout. And the next morning I whine as I try to get my sore stiff body to move. This has gone on since I started in November.
Then, two weeks ago, I decided that my tummy wasn't good enough and did HTF right after Total Rehab Workout. I must like pain real well. And those last bun burners!
It's paying off. But if I didn't make that blasted agreement with my husband that I would exercise regularly if he bought the program for me, I would think twice for sure! Me and my big mouth!
I found the same thing out with the alfalfa. I don't like living without it at all. It really does help keep that water retention in better control.
Kathio, all I can say to you is if you really want to join the "I am sore club", do the Total Rehab Workout followed up with the Diva Derrierre. I have found that the smaller workouts really do a lot more good after you do a full Total workout first. You can't be in shape enough to escape this club lady! This exercise will make you sore for sure.
And I am just now starting to feel proud of the progress on my cellulite after dry brushing and working out since November. I still have some, but my stretch marks are very much improved, and a lot less cellulite, and even one bad dark vein I had on my left thigh has completely disappeared! Thankfully no vericos veins.
It's been an okay week.
Can't wait to hear from the rest of ya!
