Hi ladies, This is my first week of posting. I can relate to the fat kinda sticking out a little from stronger abs. I was thinking...What is the modern form of ancient chinese torture? I would call it Teresa Tapp's Torture Method! ;D I started doing the total rehab backed by the hit the floor. All I can say is oweeeeeyyyy! She finds muscles you never knew you had and make's em burn! So this week... I did dry brushing every night and a pbs every night. Mon- total rehab workout Tues- 15 minute workout and first time HTF Wed- 15 minute workout w/ hoedowns and HTF Thurs- I ramped up to Total Rehab workout and HTF ("I hate Teresa" was spewing out of my mouth! I was taking back every nice thought I had of her) Fri- total rehab and HTF Sat- only one PBS for bed. My day off today- total rehab and HTF I am looking better than I have ever looked in my life, but still working on some cellulite on legs and that loose skin and a little fat on stomach. My measurements are smaller too! A lot smaller. Finally got through that plateau. Hope you ladies had a good week! How is it going Fawn? I have been rooting for you and your 40 days of doing "time". And Barbara, good going! Those first couple of months are torture. They were for me. There wasn't a day I wasn't sore. Hope you can keep it up!

Well, I worked I disagree off all week - and I can't even really tell if anything was lost or not.
I finished up the first 10-days on the model blitz, but got kind of side-tracked. The T-Tapp folks had one of their seminars in town on Thursday, so I went to check it out, and missed my 10th day workout.
The talk was excellent and very interesting, and if there's one in your area, I highly recommend it, because you get tweaks and tips that just don't show up on the tapes or on the discussion board.
One of the girls asked me to stay, because Teresa had seen that I was registered for the seminar and wanted to meet me, since I have been on the T-Tapp board for so many years and have had a lot to say about nutritional medicine there. ;D She was also nice enough to remind her staff to bring me an extra bottle of the alfalfa, which I wanted to try for my shoulder. Anyway, she's very interesting to talk too and has a very forthright but positive manner. She's actually pretty funny.
Anyway - so STILL not sure where this all stands. I think I MAY have to start watching my eating.
ick.

OMGoodness! All you girls blew me away this week. Guess I'm in a slump. Really was wanting to see some kind of results with HTF, and feel like I was swelling up instead of toning down. Plus, that yucky fat-shift thing makes it look fluffier. Course, I be PMSing right now with the bloat, yuck. AND (if that ain't enough) I'm out of alfalfa!! Okay, after much whning, here's what I did: Sunday=BWO+, HTF, brushing Monday=brushing Tuesday=BWO+, HTF, brushing Wednesday=lazy bones Thursday=BWO+, brushing Friday=lazy bones (gave myself the excuse of having to work 18 hours straight) Saturday=lazybones again! Fawn, I think it's so cool you got to talk to 'Ms. T'!! Wow! I envy that you were able to attend a seminar that was close to you. Here in the boonies we don't have many chances. You got any good tips to share?

Okay, okay, over my slump. AF showed her ugly head this morning and I'm getting flatter tummied already. Got sent an email bout being 2nd place winner, so ordered my alfalfa (yes!), plus Tempo Torso (anyone tried that?) and fibertox. Did do HTF again last night and some of it is getting easier, thank goodness! Still not able to do every bit Teresa does (the devil!), but hopefull will get there someday.

Congrats Pammy! I am glad you won. Sounds like you are winning on a lot of fronts today. I felt the same way about the HTF. I started it for the first time about 6 days ago to get rid of my tummy too. I am just now getting to the point of being able to do what she does, minus those blasted full frogs I sympathize with ya. And man am I sore! Katrina

Do you get the 'jelly-legs' too? When I'm done I try to go down to the den, it's a couple steps, but my legs get wobbly. Hubby gets tickled at me, the turd. I know I've done something! Yeah, I still can't do the full frogs, just continue doing the beginner half frogs, better than stopping, I say. That video is definitely tough! We can whine bout it together at least, lol.

What t-tapp workout gives you jelly legs lol? That is the one I need. I used to run a lot and now with BE Iam I have cut that out. I am putting on some weight and getting a little cellulite. I would like to get some more t-tapp workouts that would be good for shaping up my lower body. I do pilates lower body workout first and then my Diva Derrierre t-tapp workout but it is pretty short about 20 minutes and not really that hard of a workout. I am looking for something else. Any advice... you seem like t-tapp expert. Is the total body workout a good workout?

Whoa, am still amatuer here, lol.
I'm just so weak all over after the Hit the Floor that even my legs are wobbly. But for me, I'd say the entire Beginner/Rehab tape give my legs more of a workout than the HTF video (I love the HTF, but I'm trying to work mainly my middle). Beg/Rehab are the videos #1 and #2 without all the instructions. Do you have that one?? And since you say you are noticing more cellulite, gotta ask: are you doing the CRT brushing?? It's wonderful!! I'm still working on mine, but definitely seeing some improvement. You can get the brush with instructions for around $15. Once you get used to it the sequence only takes bout 5 minutes a day and makes your skin feels so good all over.

Pammy do you think the instructions are as good as the video? I just went to the mall to buy a dress for a wedding and after looking at myself in a full length mirror was horrified with the cellultie BE has put on my body. Please tell me when I stop taking the herbs it will melt away??? I went from being in the best shape I have ever been in one year ago last May to this. Do the fibertox and alfalfa work? Maybe I should just buy the whole set, video, pills brush and all for 69.00 I already have a natural bristle brush I have been using but maybe this one would be better.. I read about brushing and got instuctions on the net www.wrc.net/phyto/skinbrush.htmlSo is that pretty similar to what you do? Thanks, I am so panicked by what I saw I left the mall and couldn't shop any more LOL Kathi

kathio,
I got cellulite on my ARMS (for petes' sake) from red clover. It DID go away when I stopped (and brushing helped, too.)
As for tapp progress - I lost an inch off my ribcage and am now an inch taller. Hmm....
No change on the bottom - but I find out that the anti-inflammatory med I'm on for my shoulder might make it impossible for me to lose weight.
Argh.

You think it was only the red clover then that caused your cellulite? I stopped taking that now, but of course It will take a while before I notice any change. From what I have read any estrogen increase will cause excess cellulite beacuse of water retention.

I'm not sure what all the alfalfa does, but boy I sure noticed the difference when I got off it! Bloat city! While taking it the PMS bloat wasn't so bad. This month, OMG!! The fibertox I felt just really helped clean me out. Really good if you're going strong working out and brushing. Helping to eliminate those toxins. But, if you don't have much problem with eliminating then you may not need it.
I checked that site and the pattern from t-tapp is quite a bit different than that site. I'm still in the process of getting rid of mine, but one of these days, when/if it all goes away, I've got pics of before to compare to show that it can work. How is that sequence you're doing working for you? I'm not really sure if one is better than the other, beings how I only have tried the t-tapp way so far. Let me know, kay?

Kathio,
Yes, I know for a fact that the red clover caused the cellulite on my arms. It did go away within 8 weeks, with brushing.
I can't take fenugreek either, because of hypoglycemia, I'm definitely on the BO side of the BE fence. Most of the estrogenic herbs just make me cranky and fat.
