Started model blitz on tuesday - sunday
Every day PBS& brush AM & PM Every afternoon set of HDs & TTN Every evening B/R workout Every evening mineral salt soak
I am still too swollen to measure, but it look like I've definitely lost in the thigh. I won't measure again until day 13 or 14 of the blitz.

Monday sick tuesday PBS wednesday Basic + thursday Basic + ,OIP sit ups friday Basic +, sit ups sat & sun break brush everyday and sunday bath with sea salt no weight loss lost 1/2 inch

Both you chickies kicked my rear this week, Sunday-PBS+HTF, brush Monday-PBS+brush Tuesday-2PBS's+HTF+brush Wednesday-brush brushed a few times since then, working too much and studying my rear off. Hope to be better next week.

At least you can DO HTF - I wouldn't dream of it.

hehe... let's just say I do my best at HTF. There are a lot of times I just can't do all those 'sitting up, bringing knees to chest then out and to the floor' thingies. And the real half-frogs? Forget it! I'm happy if I can do all ten of them doing the begginer half frog. Keep on a pluggin' at it, all the while cursing Teresa under my breath. I swear, she IS the devil! lol
