Its a 42-day sequence of T-Tapp. Includes several exercise sessions throughout the day, a couple of bootcamps and salt soaks.
Day 4 done!
Ugh.

Pammy -
The "Model Blitz" is basically 4 phases:
Phase I 10 day bootcamp PBS & Brush AM & PM Extra set of HD's & TTN Salt soaks 5 days then EOD
Phase II 14 days - EOD Workout Off days AM set of PBS, Oilwells, TTT & TTN PM set of HDs & TTN Every day PBS & Brush AM & PM Salt soaks EOD
Phase III 14 days - ETD (every third day) Workout Off days AM set of PBS, Oilwells, TTT & TTN PM set of HDs & TTN Every day PBS & Brush AM & PM Salt Soaks EOD
Phase IV 5 workout/2.5 day Blitz
So, it's not doing a full workout every day for 42 days.

What is it supposed to do for you? I can't imagine doing almost a month and a half training like that. No wonder it's called "boot camp". Go for it, girl.

I'm sorry I don't have any idea what all those abreviations mean. I don't think you watch PBS(public broadcasting system) while you are skin brushing, but thats all I could figure out on that one LOL. Are they all T-tapp abreviaitons? What are the salt soaks about? Are they supposed to help cellulite? I have gotten a lot of that since starting BE. Did I hear you say that red clover was contributing to cellulite for you and you discontinued it? Someone else said it was a critical part of BE. Oh so many questions? Kathi

Gigi - the goal is to lose 2 sizes by the end of the program. (fingers crossed)
kathio - yeah, they're all "T-Tapp" terms, and if you're doing it, you know what they mean. Mineral salt soaks are for strengthening the skin and making it firmer and tighter. I believe it helps with cellulite too, since that's just busted seams in the cells.
Yes - I did get a lot of extra cellulite from red clover - even on my upper arms. But I tend to get cellulite ever since I had my second child, and I tend to fight extra weight, anyway. Since there seems to be two types of BE customers - bottom-heavy and skinny, my guess is that the skinny ones can probably handle it. : ) It's VERY estrogenic, which is why it causes breast growth and why it causes cellulite. Unfortunately, there isn't a one-size-fits-all program, so you need to test out what works best for you.
I still had the best effects on BO, with the least amount of side effects (mood swings, cellulite, weight gain). When I go back on BE, I'm sticking to BO.
