Here's my rundown for the week: B/R tape Sunday B/R tape Tuesday BWO+, AL, Torso Twist, Runner's Stretch, and OIP on Thursday Hit the Floor on Sunday Brushing every day OMGoodness! First time doing HTF yesterday, and lemme tell ya, YEOUCH!!! Whatta workout And yeah, back to where I was in October, inch-wise. That's 14.5" off since last July. Now if I had only stuck with it and not taken a break.. lol

You're having better luck than I (of course, sounds like you are really working at it).
BWO+ M, T, Th & F = gained back my 3 pounds, lost no additional inches.
ARRRGH!

Monday tape 2 tuesday tape 2 and SATI wednesday tape 2 and OIP sit ups thursday tape 2 and OIP sit ups friday basic + sat & sun break brush daily lost 1 lb and 1/2 inch now if I could only stay away from dunkin donuts might be loosing weight this week got the stomach virus last night t-tapping 3 months, lost a total of 11.75 inches
