Well - I only "Tapped" one day this week - but I did a couple of long massive workouts on Monday - then nothing the rest of the week except a couple of PBS's!
But I did watch what I ate.
Lost another pound (down 3 total) and seem to have lost 1/2 inch off waist and about 1/4 off hips.

Monday Basic + tuesday Basic + wednesday Instructional tape 2 thursday Instructional tape 2 friday instructional tape 2 brushing every day was real bad this week eating lots of doughnuts, nutella and drinking lots of coffee, I had real bad sugar cravings all week long. Don't know what to do about the cravings Even got cold sores on monday and I have not had any in 2 years. Did not loose weight but did not gain any either. Barbara

Did a couple BWO+'s, the whole B/R tape, and a few PBS's before brushing this week. Have not measured this week, I'm bad. Gotta crack down very soon, get my rear in shape!
