Hi Pammy and Fawn I started the first T-Tapp tape and I'm on day 3. I'm having trouble with one of the exercises. I'm doing instructional tape one. DO I continue with this tape until I get it down perfect? Even if it takes 2 weeks?? Or go to tape 2? HELP

Barb,
Continue with the tape until you know it well enough and are comfortable with it. You'll find after a week or two, that it's really pretty easy. It might take 2 weeks though. And that's okay.
If you are in crummy shape, try adding the tape 2 exercises only one or two at a time. Like, add 2 and just do those right after tape one, for a couple of days. Add a new one every couple of days.
If you decide just to do tape 2 until you learn it, make sure you start with PBS first (from the beginning of tape one).

Hi Barb and Fawn, How much time do you alot to T-Tapp workouts and brushing daily? I'm assuming you do them one after the other. gigi

Hi GiGi, I do the basic plus tape 4 to 5 x a week. It takes about 15 minutes then I do the WATP for abs LeslieSansone either 2 or 3 mile right after.Every other day. On the day I don't walk I do the hit the floor tape by T-TAPP. I just started T- Tapp on 11-1-03 And hit the floor last week. I try to brush right after the workout ,because then I take my shower and get ready for work. So far I lost 3 inches. Wish it would come off a little quicker of my abdomen, butt and thighs. I can not get thru the whole HTF workout yet, but it takes time. I guess since it only has been 4 months since surgery I'm doing pretty good my waist is down to a 26 3/4 and hips 38 1/2. My goal is 26 waist and 38 hips for now Hope this helps Barbara

Gigi - I do the complete workout when I have time to (which isn't as often as it should be).
BO+ only takes about 15-20 minutes, so I do that more often. I also do PBS & brushing whether I'm working out or not, because it's great for my fibro.
