Yes, I'm using the t-tapp alfalfa, on my 3rd bottle. I do know something is working and the alfalfa is the only thing I'm taking for the skin so I'm going to keep it up. I have noticed I don't have as much excess water retention while taking it, cool with me. That, and my nails are growing like crazy, hair too. I've read that about the alfalfa. Actually, Fawn was the one telling me how awesome the stuff is, and if I could afford it then to stay on it. Yes, I did order some grapefruit oil. Sometimes I would add a drop to my bottle of water. I keep forgetting to try it in my bath though It wasn't too expensive and it's been lasting me pretty good, I'm only down about a 1/4th of it. Some of them put in on their brush while brushing. Haven't tried that yet, lol. pammy

Hi Pammy Wonder if regular Alfalfa would work just as well. T-Tapps is $22 plus shipping Vitamin Shoppe has Alfalfa for $9 by Nature's way. I'm spending too much money on supplements . My progesterone cream is almost $50 a months and that I have to take My vitamins are $53 , I'm going to need another job to pay for my pills. Barbara

Barb,
The BBB Alfalfa is so good at helping you dump excess water, that my rings and shoes started falling off after a week on it.
It is kind of expensive, but I've always thought it was worth it. I can't afford to get it all the time, either, but I try to when I can. You could try another brand and see if you like it, but I honestly haven't noticed anything like I did with the BBB brand.

I'm with Fawn, the stuff is awesome! I noticed some at Wal-Mart when I was there yesterday and was half tempted to buy just to compare, but didn't. I've read others at the t-tapp forum say how other brands made them worse bloated, but haven't had any personal experience with that. If you try it, let us know.

I didn't notice any bad affects from the other brands - some people complain of increased appetite, etc. I didn't really notice much of anything, really.
However - if you are using any of the other products - like the essential grapefruit oil - I found the NOW brand good.
Did you buy the CRT system? If so, are you an A blood type or an O blood type. If you are an A, you are supposed to continue with the Fibertox, however, there are other brands that are just as good as the Fibertox. If you are an O blood type, you need to continue the Alfalfa, and sadly there is no substitute.

Hi girls, Just wondering what you do with the grapefruit oil? Do you take it internally or use it to massage yourself after skin brushing? I have cut back on my exercise since starting BE and have noticed that my legs and butt are getting mushy. Thanks - have a great day today! Colleen

No reason to cut back on exercise - just the heavy-duty aerobics. Resistance exercise and isometrics are both fine as well as gentle aerobics.
The grapefruit oil is for both external and internal use.

Hi Fawn I'm A+ and I bought the whole kit.http://www.t-tapp.com/store/shopexd.asp?id=29 I have been using Psyllium for over a year. If I don't I'm in bad shape. The fibertox I'm using 2 capsules in the morning and 2 at night. I was using the psyllium 2 capsules in the morning and at night. If I don't I'm constipated. I started the T-Tapp program last thursday. Today I did tape 1 and 2. I do the skin brushing after the workout and before my shower. I was bad last week and ate a LOT of candy, cookies and cheese steak, beef and so on and I was constipated for 3 days, even taking the psyllium(but only 2 capsules a day should have known better) A lot that Teresa says makes sense I'm A+ and German and when I eat a lot of dairy watch out. Unfortiunately Ilove ice cream.

Pammy,
If they won't type you without charge at work, just donate blood. They will tell you your blood type and cholesterol level for free.

Barb,
According to Teresa, A blood types are prone to constipation and will probably need to continue the Fibertox. They probably WON'T have to continue the alfalfa (though you may want to cycle a bottle every three months - it's progestestogenic.) So there's your answer about the cost of the alfalfa.
My experience with colon cleansers is that the best not only have psyllium in them, but betonite clay as well.
