maybe the best thing is to not eat after 6 p.m. and try to avoid carbons, specially if still on herbs. Full corn bread and cereal in reasonable amounts are good. Whatever you put in your mouth, think first, what would your body get from it. Could also try spirulina since it is said to fasten metabolim. and falling in love is definately a good thing .I always lose my appetite when i'm in love and i just forget to eat. But according to my weight can't afford it right now but i think i am ) Satu, i have always wanted to ask if u are of finnish origin? all the best, Bonnette

Satu, I dont' know but I sure wish I did. I also have gained too much weight since starting BE. I want bigger boobs but defintely not a bigger butt. My hips have gotten 2 inches bigger! I'm hoping I get to a little bit bigger than my goal soon so I can cut back some more with my weight. I just hope that we don't lose our boobs when we get our weight off. I figure that it has taken this long to get some boobs so it will be better if we take the same amount of time to get the weight off, then maybe our boobs will stay. Take care and I hope someone responds to help us out.

It sounds like i just really have to cut my carbs again. I was doing so well for a few weeks and now that i've been on holiday for a week, I've eaten so much more and all the "forbidden" foods. For a few weeks I only ate chocolate, ice cream, cookies, cakes and anything sugary on Sundays.
Anyway, I spoke with my mom about this yesterday and she said that if the herbs or BO make me swell and unable to lose weight and therefore feel bad, i should just stop them. So i thought I'll stop them for 2-3 months soon to lose some weight. I've always been good at losing weight and now it's been impossible.
The bad example about how much swelling herbs or BO cause me is that 3 weeks ago I did not fit in my old jeans. A week later i fit in them nicely. A week ago i again swell so much that i just don't fit it them. This causes unbareble depression to me.
I haven't heard of Spirulina I'll do a little search for it. Of course an easy way to fasten metabolim is to eat little bits often with fibre in them.
When it comes to love. I am in love very deeply. I have the only man on Earth who is right for me. Love does affect the weight you're right. The problem thing is that at some point when i was eating very little but on herbs, i still gained weight. If i'm not on BE, I lose weight easily, but BE makes it impossible.
Bonnette, I am Finnish, but have lived in London over half a decade. My whole family is in Finland and I go there as often as possible. Why are you asking? Are you Finnish as well? I guess you can guess that my log in name is my real first name.
Hulagirl, while losing weight it's good to take some SP. This helps not to lose the boobies. But yes, the weight loss should be very slow. The thing is that a lot of the swelling goes awat within a month so one feels already much better (and fits in the old jeans). I think Yohimburn helps if you are not on BE and do some moderate exercise.

Satu yes , i've like 25% finnish blood running in me but about the carbons, there you go, i consider it as the worst enemy. Try to control your desires in that department about swelling. if u put on and lose it so easlily it is not really the fat i think but just waterretention and it's smth characteristic to your body. i rememebr reading somewhere ages ago that to put on one kg fat you have to consume 7000 calories.Don't know how much truth is in that. And salts are the ones that make the water stay in there --> reduce a bit the salt in your diet. Healthy diet is the key anywway. If you eat properly and more proteins and fats you wont get the desire for sweets so much. and maybe try crome (kromi) it is said to control the hunger for sweets as well. Do u drink fennel tea? i find it very tasty and is said to control ones appetite as well. Liquarice is fantastic as well. I tend to have the opposite from u. had soymilk before breakfeast and feel like i don't want to see any more food now. Got to find the proteinshakes somewhere, but not seen them here in Italy. I've tried chrome ages ago and it doesn't work for me. Maybe i'll try fennel tea for this. I've tried it before and didn't notice a big difference. But it does help for metabolism.
I don't really have that a big problem giving up sweets. It's the holidays when i get frustrated by them. I used to eat anything sweet only 3 days a year for many years. Not one bite other times so i am very military. Military enough to get myself quite depressed because of any body changes towards bigger.

Hi! I read that people having slow metabolic rate lose weight at a slower rate. By increasing his metabolism the person loses weight more quickly. I need to lose weight too and that's why i am trying to increase my metabolism by following some good tips to increase metabolism. Hope it's helpful for you too. Take care!
