Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a way to get rid of thread veins (spider veins), which i've understood the little veins near surface on legs are called? Is there any other way, except lazer?
Thank you, Satu

Topical Vitamin K as well as horsetail, bromelain and butcher's broom both inside and out. This is one of the areas that I'll be posting an article on on the website soon, so keep your eyes open for it.

Thank you Fawn.
I'll dowse for the items you suggested. How does it help i don't understand? Veins are physical things that (to my understanding) can't be removed without a surgery or lazer. Do you know how it works with the topicals and internals?
I'll keep an eye on your website.
Thanks, Satu

Spider veins are caused from damaged valves in the blood vessels and what you see is the blood backed up where it isn't being properly pumped through the veins. Dry brushing will help disperse the blood into the interstitial tissues so that it can be removed from the area, and bromelain and butcher's broom are natural anticoagulants that will make the blood slightly thinner so that it will flow through the damaged veins better. Horse tail contains silica which the skin and veins use to repair and replicate themselves.
Remember that every single cell in your body replaces itself and then dies off at some pace or another - so the ideal is to make sure that cells are replicated true to the design of the dna, and that you are supporting your body's self-repair system nutritionally.

Wow! That's quite an explanation and it explains exactly how to get rid of spider veins without surgery. Thank you, Fawn!!! You're fantastic as always!!!
I think i'll try taking things just externally first and see if it helps with skin brushing. How quickly should i see results if it'll work without internals? I'll need to dowse for this as well.
Thank you, Satu

Hi,
I dowsed i should take butcher's broom internally and Vitamin K topically. I can't find butcher's broom in London so i dowsed that instead i can take bromelain.
So I bought Vitamin K cream and had taken a couple of tablets of bromelain before this. When i received the Vit K cream, it says on the instructions "Caution: contains vitamin k & arnica extract. If taking blood-thinning medication, consult your doctor before use". So can i take both bromelain internally and still use vitamin k cream topically?
I also dowsed that i will add something later to the routine.

Does anyone know if I can still take the bromelain internally and vitamin k cream externally, even if the vit k package says you're not supposed to use vit k with blood thinners?
Thank you, Satu

They're probably talking about prescription ones (warfarin, etc.) You could try just one first, but both together should be okay.

hey Satu i was wondering how you went with the vitamin K and bromelain routine for your spider veins. Did it take long to see a difference?

Hi Chloeo,
I started using the items mentioned above, but I didn't want to do the "removing thread veins" regime at the same time with my BE regime. It takes too much time and is too much pill popping at one time. I'll try it after my BE so i can then report more.

I agree its so hard dowsing for 2 routines and taking that many pills at a time. I will most likely do the same after i finish my BE also. I have a few spider veins on my face that i would love to get rid of. Thanks for replying so quickly!

Interesting thread.
I went to the dermatologist found out it cost about $200 a shot to get rid of spider veins. Not only that, you have to do it in sessions, so I was told I would have to go 2 to 3 more times. Now it all depends on how many spider veins you have. The dermo told me if I was planning to have kids I might as well wait until after, because the spider veins will come back.

I have still some spider veins. I've come to the conclusion that a lot of them are caused by a bad diet. Exercise helps to prevent I would say, but we have them in our family and so when I have children, I'll probably have them removed afterwards.
