Hi,
I ordered Yohimburn DF and they emailed me back saying they don't ship it to England. I can only get Yohimburn ES from the European store. Do you think Yohimburn ES is as good and worth the money like DF is said to be? Am i going to have the same effect with Yohimburn ES?
Thank you, Satu

Thank you, Satu Hi Satu, I corresponded with a Yohimburn rep recently about this. ES is the improved formula. It has several stimulants added so it's much more effective for fat burning. It will therefore act more quickly and effectively. The stimulants may keep you up at night, though, and give you a buzz. The rep told me that it's best to take it early in the day if it's a concern. For people who like to work out at night, DS is better because it doesn't contain the stimulants, but, again, the stimulants are what make ES more effective. I hope that this helps! .

Yep, ES is Extra Strength.
I would say go ahead and use it, but as with DS, start really light and work up to what works for you and keep it at that level. The idea is to use it as light as you can while still getting the effect, but not allowing it to go any further.
You might also get a list of dealers from them (if any) that might ship to England.

That's GREAT!!
You oughtta write out what you do in relation to your routine as an example of what worked for you while losing weight at the same time!

Hi,
I've been using Yohimburn once a day for almost 2 weeks like i dowsed for it. I cannot see any difference. Am I doing something wrong? I've been also skin brushing at least once a day. I still eat my ice cream daily. Is that the reason why it's not working or is it because I'm on herbs?
Thank you, Satu

Are you applying it when you have an empty stomach and are you working out 1/2 hour after application? I think you have to make sure you are burning the fat that is being released into your system.

Hi,
Thank you so much Buffy.
You just gave me good information. I didn't know I should have an empty stomach when applying it. I don't really do much work out. Only about 15 minutes in the mornings. That's just sit ups and push ups.
I've done some skin brushing first and then applied it. That's usually about an hour after dinner. Do I need to add exercise? Or just empy stomach? The problem is that I spend so much time working.
Any suggestions? Satu

Maybe you could try applying it when you wake up, and do your situps & pushups 20 minutes later (I think that's how long before it's really working). Then eat breakfast later. Would that work for you? I think you are at the best advantage when you are in a caloric deficit, such as first thing in the morning before you eat.

I used the Yohimburn in the morning after skin brushing and showering. I would then exercise and eat breakfast. Food should be consumed at least one hour after applying the Yohimburn. Exercise does indeed help burn the fat that's released. Reducing your caloric intake, specifically refined carbs and sugar helps as well. At night I would wait at least two hours after eating to apply otherwise the Yohimburn is acting on the food before the fat being released.

Hi Gigi,
Thank you for your reply.
How well did Yohimburn work for you? Did you use it twice a day? I've used once.
I'll definately follow this advice and try to go for a walk if I just somehow can. At least on my days off.
Thanks, Satu
