Hi,
I'd like to know good ways to lose some weight. I'd like to do it slowly and not lose my boobs though. Could you tell me if you have any good suggestions. Also it'd be nice if you know something that makes my graving for sweet things go away. I've noticed that grape fruit helps a bit.
Thank you, Satu

Satu,
Here is my suggestion. It is toned down a bit so that you don't lose so fast that it comes off the breasts first. Keep doing your routine and when on breaks, continue with externals/massage.
The best way to get rid of cravings for sweets is to avoid them for about two weeks. Avoid the starchy carbs and simple sugars too, especially soda.
As a rule from now on, avoid potatoes, corn, rice, pasta, bread, donuts, soda, sweets, juice, citrus. Eat whatever you want on one day per week.
Take a good multi vitamin with a B complex.
Find a good protein powder that has about 25 or 30 grams per serving. Take it between meals with something like a small to medium apple. So you will have 5 or 6 "meals" per day instead of three. Your nitrate levels will rise so you have to counteract it with calcium and magnesium. About 1000mg each per day, spread throughout the day in smaller dosages that add up to 1000mg. Also take Omega-3 fish oils, 1 gram with each meal.
Get some good moderate exercise. Don't overdo it, just get some. If you are already working out, continue. If not, start by walking for 15 minutes per day then work up to other exercises. So, here is the breakdown. Breakfast = a source of protein like an egg or two and some fruit.
Lunch = a protein source with a salad. (no iceberg lettuce, use romaine, spinach, etc. The vegies should have bright vibrant colors.)
Dinner = a protein source with a salad.
Eat protein powder - or a protein bar that you like - with an apple or pear or plumb, etc. between these meals.
Take 1000mg of calcium & magnesium per day. Spread the dosages out. Take a good multi with a B Complex in it. If it does not have one then get one, preferably a liquid one. Take one gram of Omega-3 fish oils with breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Take 200mg of L-Carnatine (from tartrate) with each meal also.
Do you have any access to weights? Are you exercising now? If so, what are you doing?
What are your thoughts about this?

Hi Wahaika,
Thank you for your fantastic reply. I'll try it as a mild version and combine it with eating grapefruit which i have noticed helps a bit. I don't want to cut out all my carbs and just eat protein, but i'll cut my carbs downs a bit and add more protein and take some of the supplements. I should not do too a restricting diet as an ex-anorexic. That's why i'll be very careful. Your suggestion is very interesting.
Thank you so much, Satu

Hi Satu,
Yep, you definitely don't want to cut out all carbs. That's what your body runs on. But it's the type of carbs that you need to distingush between.
The type of carbs to cut are the ones that metabolize to sugar too quickly. So, starchy carbs and simple sugars are the ones to eliminate. Carbs from vegetables and whole fruit are OK! It takes more calories to digest them.
The basic idea is to level out insulin and then take it down a notch or two. That is why 5 or 6 smaller to medium meals are better than three big ones.
If you are an ex-anorexic, just eat lots of vegies. There's no reason to cut down on the volume of food, just change the type until you are at the weight that you want to be, and then reintroduce it in a quantity that will allow you to maintain the weight. Exercise, especially weight training is very important also. Grapefruit and all other citrus are too sugary but it's up to you. I would say it is more important to exercise than to worry about citrus.
But if you are an ex-anorexic, are you sure that you really need to lose weight? Also, if/when you do any of this, to maintain boobage, start slow and work into it. Also continue to do massage with a good booby batter.
Good luck!
Wahaika
