Fawn, I had read on your site that vitamin c and msm are good for spider veins and also to restore skin elasticity. Have you tried this and if so have you seen a difference? I have tons of stretch marks on my tummy and so when I lose weight my skin looks gross. I have to lose 15 pounds and I am not looking forward to having such loose skin. I'm trying to lose only 2 pounds a week so that should help. Also do you or anyone else know if that would interfere with a BE program? Thanks a bunch! ;D

On my first BE program, I was on MSM + Vitamin C FOR my boobs. Don't take more than 3g's of MSM becuase u will affect your breasts (I did that), but daily dose of 1g of each should be fine. There's other threads on BEB abt it.

I can't say if too much will effect everyone or just wen. So far, no one else has had a problem that I'm aware of. However 1gram MSM and 1 gram C along with skin brushing will help keep skin tight, even through weight loss. I've been using it off and on for years, and generally people still think I'm in my 30's - so it must be working. Fawn

3g's definitely affects new boobage fats. If you've had the chest growth for about three months, then they will be less affected if at all. Momi' had the same thing happen to her.

That's right! She did! I've not used MSM during a BE program, so I never really noticed any difference. Didn't she recover pretty quickly?
