Can anyone recommend a good colon cleanse that I don't need to stop eating for? If theres a liver cleanse like this too, I'm appreciate that also. Thanks.

My husband got a Colon Cleanse kit from Whole Foods Market & he was able to eat while using it. It came in a yellow box & had everything that he needed to take. The only thing they advised was not to travel while doing it. If there's a Whole Foods where you live, they are great & even have almost all the herbal capsules & liquid extracts for BE. And, most of their stuff is organic too. Just in case anybody is wondering, no I don't work for WFM, I just shop there every week! Hope this helps.

Hmmm thank you! do they even have liquid extracts??

Hi Joyce, I can't remember if my husband used liquid extracts or not. I think his stuff came in a little yellow box & just had pills. What they mean by not traveling is not going on a vacation while doing the stuff. And, my husband being a rule breaker was doing his colon cleanse while we were on a ski trip ! I don't remember him having bad side effects though. My WHole Foods store has a small shelf in their supplements section with different colon cleanse kits. I think my husband's was like a 5 or 7 day one. Hope this helps & good luck to you. Weren't you on the Flat2Fab routine too?

I was doing something along the lines of flat2fab. I was and am scared that herbs had made me put on weight or keep weight on, and i didn't want to waste my money, etc. so I decided I am going to lose my last 10 lb first then start up a greenbush routine. Thanks for the info on the colon cleanse. Do they also have herbal liquid extracts for BE? Like fenugreek and fennel?

The Greenbush routine is basically Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek & Wild Yam, plus fenugreek powder for tea, body wraps & to add to massage lotion. I was going to try Flat2Fab, but wanted to modify things a bit to not include red clover. I've read that some women have gained weight using it. Not true for everyone, b/c for Wen, Red clover is one of the main herbs in her BE program & she's never gained any weight on it. She dowsed & found that it was right for her. Both Whole Foods & Greenbush carry liquid extracts of fenugreek & fennel. Greenbush has a BE kit that uses only liquid extracts, might be something you'd want to look into, but they say you have to be careful with the extracts so you don't overdose on them if you're taking them orally. Best of luck with your weight loss & fitness program !

Thanks!
Yeah, I am hoping I will lose my extra 10 lb and tone up in about 2 months. Then I can start BE, and hopefully see some growth at the end of my courses, right in time for next summer. I hope I can grow to be a D or so, since I am so tall, my boobs like even smaller. All I want is proportion...
Do you know if they have any liver cleanse kits? I really wanna do a lot of cleanses but I'd rather not have to mix the stuff myself. Also, I do not want to comsume any extra calories to throw off my ratios for my diet.

I don't know where you live, but find out if you have a Whole Foods Market in your area, if not just do an internet search for a liver cleanse kit, you're bound to find an online health food store selling them & you could email them your ?'s too. I do remember seeing Liver cleanse kits at Whole Foods, actually they are right next to the colon clease ones. I don't remember seeing a LC kit at Greenbush, but you could write them about it. They are really good & helpful when it comes to email. I know what you mean about wanting to be in proportion. I'm not real tall, but at 5 ft. 7, I'd really like to be around a D cup. I feel proportionate when I wear my DD breast enhancers I told you about. But b/c I have to put them in a bra, I'm limited to what I can wear..no tube tops or backless stuff . Kinda sux, that's why I hope I can grow my own too.

You take some supplements used for colon cleanse.Others you take through the rectum. Either way, the idea is to help the colon to expel its contents. You can find these products on the Internet or in health food stores.
