I wouldn't mind taking something for weight loss too. But i spose it goes against NBE then. Its either small boobs and small belly or big boobs and big belly!!! I have really put some weight on on my belly since taking all these herbs.

Pixie- Get indicatons as to what kinds of foods you need to eat for breasts, and avoid the food not on the 'good' list. Also, adding more cardio excercise will help. Take the stairs at school, or during breaks walk around the buiilding, jump rope at home for 10 minutes. Anything helps. There are some NBE dowsers who are losing weight and growing breasts, but it's slow weight like 1-2 pounds a week.
Jewelz- for tummy trouble, maybe get indications about doing a mild colon cleanse. Did wonders to flatten it out for me. Also, use Gas-x or other non-bloating pills. You can get indications for those right along side the regulars pills.

Some vitamin supplements can help with the cravings:Chromium;Magnesium;Vitamin B Complex. If u drink juice, dilute it or choose herbal tea instead. You can use artifical sweetener. Make sugar free jello and add fruit.....my favorite ;D. Drinking green tea can help in weight loss too. I think u can even get it in capsule form . Curbs the appetite. And as Wen said cardio! Check with your P Lisa

i already do an hour of cardio (sometimes more) daily. Does anyone know of any home made laxatives i could make easily with stuff that is normally around the home. I dont have any money and i dont have many places that actully sell herbs near me. I would be too embarressed to just walk into a store and buy laxative stuff lol it would probably cost more too

Pix;
If you are having trouble "going" eat plenty of bran (like bran muffins, bran flakes...etc) and lots of veggies. You can also buy Metamucil in caplets, or the orange drink powder. Dosen't taste too bad.

Pixie -
Laxatives will NOT help you lose weight - stay away from them. And the scale too. It's just water weight and doesn't mean anything.
Try lifting some weight. Cardio is only SO good at burning calories. Buffing up keeps the calories burning all day long. Actually an hour of cardio a day may be too much, because you lose muscle tissue and you will gain fat faster with less muscle tissue.
Up your protein and fat. Are you eating low fat? That may be why you are always hungry! Don't eat low fat, get a egg into you every day, and some meat or cheese too. Eggs keep you from craving junk food.

I'm trying to eat healthier lol i've been on huge binges on food which could be why i have put on some weight since its chocolate i mostly grab. It only started once i started NBE so it could be something to do with that, i've asked my 'p' about it but couldnt get a clear answer so it could mean that sometimes it is and sometimes it isnt. Either way i'm trying really hard to get my eating back to be being healthy. I think i may need a colon cleanse though to help me clean mysystem of all the junk i've eaten, is there any home remedies for it?

Losing weight is hard work. You have to commit to the food you'll eat the the physical activity you'll do. You need to be consistent and recognize that, even so, you won't look like a super model.
Laxatives are a BAD idea. You can try cleansing your internal system, but I think it's more likely your eating habits and not too much cardio + too little weight lifting.
I understand that it's difficult. I could do with losing 15 lbs. or so (about 1 stone?), but I keep eating more food than I need to and especially sugary, fatty foods. I recognize that it's something I'm going to have to MAKE myself do and that I can't just eat whatever I want and blame it on cravings. After all, I don't HAVE to yeild to them.
But think about it. If you get into good habits now, it'll be that much easier later on to maintain them.

What we need to search is 'food' which helps the body to expell toxis and waste from the colon (since you indicate you need this). For a no cost-clenase...make your diet rich in fruit, veggies, and non-fried or processed foods..and drink tons of lemon water. It's the flour, startch, and refined sugar that helps block us up. To make it faster, there's herbs you can buy such as the one suggested on this site (dowse it) www.healingdaily.com/colon-kidney-detoxification.htm. More time later, will try to find real foods. For me personally really hot pepper foods or okra cleanse me out like soap. Wen'
