Is anybody on chromium? I was reading a site regarding PCOS, and it lead to this mineral. www.wholehealthmd.com/refshelf/substances_view/0,1525,10018,00.html I am wondering it's effect with BE, the PCOS article referenced it's ability to help with hirituism, which I would take to mean it helps convert the testosterone to estrogen. Or is it wishful thinking? I could go into a book with this...but I promise... stopping here.

Chromium is used for insulin sensitivity by many body builders.

Mominator,
It helps with insulin resistance - high test in women with PCOS has been associated with high insulin levels and poor carbohydrate metabolism.
It's not really estrogen related. But in your (our) case, it may help reduce excess testosterone production.
