hi JEWELZ, sorry to hear that you are having all those symptoms...aren't you on HRT??or even some herbs??they should help, but it can be confusing to figure what works --just like "b e"......time , effort, and patience...best wishes

Hi I'm new to all this and have not had a period in 2 years. Is there hope for me? I ordered kit #2 this morning from GB. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Sewwright,
Yes, you do have hope. You just might need to take Gaba to increase growth hormone. But try your kit first without for a few months.

seagull,
Obviously you've never had menstrual cramps or 36 hours of back labor. *snort*
GABA or l'argine or l'ornithine all increase growth hormone. Some people can't take GABA because it causes a reaction similar to a panic attack.

Its not all good though - hot flashes? mood swings? sleepless nights? embarrassing sweating? weight gain? exhaustion? thats my experience anyway My aunt uses "mellowpause for menopause" for menopause relief. It was prescribed to her by a doctor. She says that she indeed feels much better since the time she's take this medicine. I'm not sure whether you can take this but i think it will be better if you see a doctor.
