Hello BlueAngel,
I noticed that you are taking New Life Formula. Here are the ingredients:
Ingredients: Black Cohosh Root Extract, Red Clover Blossoms Extract, Wild Yam Root Extract, Chaste Tree Berry extract, Licorice Root, Red Raspberry Leaves, Sarsaparilla Root, Scullcap, Siberian Ginseng, Angelica Root, Nettles, Lemon Balm, Blessed Thistle, Dong Quai Root, Yellow Dock Root.
Are you taking this because of your hysterectomy? Are you having any estrogen dominance type symptoms? The reason I ask is because there are a few things in there that may torpedo your efforts unless you are having symptoms like menopause or PCOS.
If you are taking it solely for the BE effort, you might consider dumping it. Also, Dollie left some good advice for you in the menopause and be?? thread. If you've only been on the Premarin and Estradiol Transdermal System for a month, you might want to put off BE completely for a few months until you are sure that everything is stablized. Otherwise, you could have a myriad of problems and will not know what is causing them. Take it one step at a time.
Good luck,
Wahaika

Well, for T&E start by getting on HRT where you feel balanced and energized. Then after you adjust to the Premarin and use of maybe USP progesterone, consider using Mirifem cream or boobie batter to raise your prolactin levels. You can also get the bottles or write the names of what you want to use on paper do and do as suggested to Louig. At least you'll have an idea of what is healthy for you to use. beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=NonBE&action=display&thread=1130943201Good luck! Wen'
