Finally received my tapes from Winsor Pilates. I have been trying to get into the habit of doing them at least 3 or 4 days/week. I ordered the set that has the basic session(which shows the fundamentals), the accelerated workout(at least intermediate) and also ordered the ab workout and the buns and thighs workout. After watching/using each of them, I wish I hadn't ordered the acclerated tape-the basic tape is necessary, I think, because doing the exercises correctly is important. I have found that the abs and buns/thighs tapes do a better job than the accelerated tape. There just don't seem to be enough exercises on the accelerated tape that really work the abs, buns and thighs and the other tapes made specifically for that work VERY well. I'm not sure, however, that you can order the tape with the basics on it without getting the accelerated tape too. Sorry this is so wordy-just trying to save you a little money. I have not noticed that it has negatively impacted my BE. But.....
I have just started so time will tell. I am taking herbs(bought individually). I have not been very good about the massage/heat-must do better. I have, just in the last week, built up to the recommended dosage on each herb-so, to answer your question, I haven't seen any growth yet. Will keep you posted.
I wonder if you have experienced any bloating with the herbs? I saw a couple of postings that said this will disappear after a couple of weeks-have you had this experience?
Thanks for asking how it is going. Hope that Pilates works for you-trust me, if it does you will start to feel pretty darn sexy within a couple of weeks or a month.
