Ok ladies I need your help Pleeeeese. Does anyone know if diet and/or exercise will interfere with BE? I started herbs in August and took them for about 5 or 6 weeks and gained about 1/4" or maybe a little more (did not exercise / diet at that time). Now I have stopped but getting ready to start again. I am also wanting to loose a few pounds in my Abs and thighs. Does anyone know if this will mess up growth for my boobs? I think it may be hard to try and loose weight in one place and gain it in another place cause we have no control as to where the weight will come on or come off.. Any suggestions..Has anyone tried growing boobs while loosing weight? Help me please. Although, I must say I would rather have the boobage and keep the weight than loose the weight and gain NO boobage. Dangit this boob thang can be stressful Miran

Hi Miran Unfortunatly the cardio needed to drop weight does not go well with the BE effort. So I would suggest just doing crunchies, leg lifts, you know those muscle toning exercises. That will keep your muscle tone up. After you have met your BE goal, then you can go in for more cardio. Good Luck vickie

For muscle tone and strength I would suggest light weight training, a fitness ball class, or Yoga It is not necessary to do heavy aerobic training to keep toned. Feels better on the body too... Shahia

Miran, I think Pilates is an excellent choice as well-tones without building "mass" or "bulk"; is great for your back; builds long lean muscle and strengthens from your "core". Trixie

From: miran007 Sent: 11/4/2002 10:33 AM Shahia., Hmmmmm I never thought of yoga or ball classes. That seems interesting. I have heard good things about yoga and just might give it a try. Are you doing yoga while doing the BE? Have you had any results with the BE while doing ball or yoga? Thanks, Miran

Trixie, I have heard lots of good things about Pilates...although I have never tried them I have thought seriously about it. Do you know where I can get Pilate exercise videos from that are not too expensive? Are you doing them with the BE thingie? Are you seeing any results with BE while doing Pilates? Thanks a bunch and let me know about this cause I think I will try them as long as they don't interfere with me BE.....Miran

Miran, I have just started the BE "process". I have started taking herbs per Pammy's "recipe". Point being-I don't know if Pilates will pose a problem with growth or not. I took a class for a couple of years from someone who trained in London. She is great, but it takes too much of my time to get to the class. I have seen(and ordered) the Winsor(sp? not sure if there is a "d" in there) Pilates tapes-they look great. Don't remember how much they were, but I ordered on line. I can't imagine that the exercises would cause a problem-I only experienced "tightness" in my breasts after the class I was in. I actually thought it firmed my breasts and they appeared fuller. Anyway, the tapes do not have the same exercises that caused the "tightness", so it shouldn't be a problem. I really enjoy the way I feel after doing Pilates for a few weeks-I feel very strong but flexible; it helps stretch and strenghthen my back; as for abs and butt/thighs, it is an excellent workout; I think it boosted my ego as well-I felt very lithe and well, honestly, sexy. My husband loves to watch me do the excersises as well! My tapes haven't arrived yet, but I will begain without hesitation as soon as they do and will update you as to whether or not they interfere. I seriously doubt they will. Hope this helps. Good luck with whatever you do and good luck with your BE. Trixie

Hi Miran, I teach yoga and practice daily. I also started the ball class shortly after beginning BE and have had results during all of it (2inches) I seem to be at a standstill now for awhile, so I am switching to BO very soon. Thanks too for your compassion about the men thing. It seems to be an ongoing theme in my life! Shahia

Vickie, I like to stay in shape with running(as well as pilates and weights). I am sure that the running will interfere with my BE effort, but what about walking? I think that running causes the breasts to "tighten" up because of the "bouncing", but walking wouldn't have the same effect would it? I would rather have larger breasts than stamina-I don't really need to take off the pounds, I just like staying lean and I like the stamina cardio gives me. Would love to get your opinion. Thanks, Jenny

Shahia, That is cool that you teach yoga classes....bet you all have lots of fun while getting in shape. How long have you been doing the BE thing? How long did it take you to gain 2 inches? It took me about 4 weeks to gain 1/4" then I slacked off but kept the gain then later I completely stopped and needless to say that I lost the little I had gained and now I am back to square one..... ready to start over again, but this time I am wanting to do the BE with Pilates or some sort of exercise to tone my thighs and Abs...try and get it all at once..... I guess if I start now, by the beginning of Spring I will have the boobs, thighs, and abs that I want and then I will feel soooooo sexy..hehehehe...that is if I don't go on my lazy spree again Miran

From: miran007 Sent: 11/12/2002 2:31 PM Trixie, I am gonna try the Pilates and hope and pray that it won't interfere with my BE. I really want to tone my thighs and abs but even more I want to enhance my boobs. I am going to give it a try and hopefully by beginning of the Spring I will be feeling kinda sexy...hehehehe.....I guess if I start out really slow with the Pilates and pour it on with the BE regimen then it should all balance out in the end. Well, good luck to you and your BE and Pilates and I will let you know how things are going for me. First I have to order the video but in the mean time and in between time I will start back on my herbs. Take Care and let me know how things are goin'. Oh yea, how much have you gained and what regimen are you on for your BE? Miran
