Dr. Ray Peat states that supplemental pregnenolone is recycled in the body for up to a week, and often tells his patients to just take 300 mgs per week for the convenience. He's a big advocate of both pregenolone use and coconut oil, BTW.
As for progesterone, I don't recall where the reference is (and honestly don't want to look for it, since I found it months ago and am not good at bookmarking), but progesterone stays in about 2 days (more or less). One of the main reason it takes 2-3 days for milk to come in after childbirth is because it takes 2-3 days for the progesterone produced by the placenta to be metabolized, and as previously discussed on the board, progesterone blocks the actions of prolactin and glutocorticoids in breast tissue, both of which are needed for milk production.
Also, probably the reason Bob always recommends progesterone use for days 12-26, instead of the 14-28 recommended by docs, pharmacists and other healthcare specialists. By stopping at day 26, you allow 2 days for the progest to metabolize so your period will start on day 28, and he seems to think exactly 28 days is necessary. If you used it up to day 28, you might not start your cycle til day 30-31. (It's the drop in both estrogen and progesterone that signals the uterus to begin sloughing, and it can take 2-3 days for it to drop after progesterone use.)
I have no data for DHEA.
I think the combination of the supplements, plus the fact that your natural cycle puts est & progest high at day 20 anyway, is the cause of your high test results.
