Hi everyone, I'm not sure what to do anymore. I've just lost around 3/4" gain grrr. This means I haven't kept any growth for the last 3 months. I've added EPO massage which helps and was on BO (stopped because supplies ran out and I had a bit of a cashflow but have just reordered). I'm a Warrior type I think. Getting a bit frustrated and broke - it's been 14 months and although I've grown, it's been very slow. Maybe one a half cup sizes in that time. I got pretty big last month - a C+ but like I said it all kind of vanished. WEEP!! Should I try herbs maybe? Or maybe add something else to my massage (fenugreek)? Should I start drinking fennel tea? I'm trying to be patient but I'm kind of losing it a bit - it all takes so long and costs so much!! I don't really use prog. cream either - have tried it for a few months but it didn't really seem to do much either. Don't take DHEA or preg. any more either. Just got darker facial hairs and didn't notice any benefits. Thanks everyone! Fudge p.s. CONGRATS MELO! I know I'm a bit late, but wanted to give you a <<hug>> anyway! You've got a wonderful talent - enjoy it!!

Hi Fawn, That happened to me too! And I got it all back, but boy was I broken hearted I think what happened was I was very saggy, and the 3/4" I had lost was due to being lifted up, my Cooper Ligaments are much stronger and able to handle the weight of my added breast. This could be the case with you. Keep doing what you are doing and give it another month. If you don't gain back what you lost, then I would go off for 2 weeks, and start again slowly with herbs. Have you noticed a pulling or tingling in your back? I am new to this board, so you can check my stats on the stats page (what a place to have stats ) Mominator

From: fawnmarie42 Sent: 5/1/2003 2:00 PM Fudge - Take a break to recuperate while you're waiting for your BO. During that time, make sure you get plenty of good food, all your vitamins, your EPO & fish oil and lots of sleep. At the beginning of your next period, go back on the BO (start at 1800 mgs and then up it to 2000-2200 during the second half of your cycle). Add 3000 mgs saw palmetto and EPO and fish oil internally (3000mgs each per day). Don't use the DHEA. If you're over 35, use whatever pregnenolone twice a week (30-50mgs x 2), but no more. Don't try the progesterone until cycle 4, then use it from day 14-30. Break your BO up into 4 doses, and add 1,000 mgs of both EPO & fish oil to the first three doses. Take the BO & oils with a small protein snack. Do not take them when you are eating high fiber meals. Take your last BO dose within 3 hours of bedtime. You can also do what I do and take a pituitary glandular with it right before bed. Take your saw palmetto on an empty stomach - 1,000 mgs x 3 per day Sounds like you might be one of those that converts the excess estrogen to androgens very easily. You might want to try SP topically, too (extract in aloe vera and EPO base). Massage will help stimulate prolactin and blood flow, and heat will help the enzymatic converstion from testosterone to estrogen. This enzyme seems to be very heat-sensitve (aromatase) and it will not work at too low of a temperature. (*** This enzyme is the same one that controls genders in some reptiles - for you animal lovers - some of you may be aware that alligator's genders are determined by the ambient temperature when in the egg. It is aromatase that makes the distinction. Lower temperatures produce males and higher temperatures produce females. Aromatase needs to be warm enough to convert testosterone to estrogen.***) Anyway - back on track... try this for 4 months - perhaps the addition of the saw palmetto will help. If you are getting a testosterone reaction to DHEA, it indicates to me that you might not be aromatizing testosterone adequately. DO make sure that your temperatures are normal (98+). Most of the aromatization in breast tissue is local, so heat packs should help a lot, too - just don't go too hot, because too high a heat will kill the enzyme completely. Fawn

From: ♫Melody_of_Dismay♫ Sent: 5/2/2003 1:57 AM Hi Fudge! Thanks for the congrats! I'm sorry to hear that you lost your growth. I know just how frustrating it can be, especially since you've worked so hard at it, and you've spent a lot of money on it. It's really hard on the wallet, paycheck, bank account, and even the mind. I don't know--sometimes BE gives me a headache because I keep worrying about placebo and inaccurate measurements. Oh well--don't give up if you want to keep going and growing! I know I'm giving it at least 9 months, if not a year for my BE. Cya! ~Melo~

Thankyou Fawn. This sounds like a good plan - sometimes I feel so confused about all thi! It's great to have a more organised plan. I get impatient and because I'm very busy, get a bit hit and miss... The SP sounds very interesting - I think you're right about my estrogen converting to androgens. I've had this growth/loss thing the whole time on BO and I've been an almost D cup only to level off at around a full B. It's kinda weird. Anyway, I'll follow your suggestions. The massage I'd been doing seemed helpful - I'll add SP as well and get hold of a heat pad. THANK YOU!! Mominator, thanx too for your support. I think it's great that you're growing! And it's so sweet to have you rooting for me! I'll let you know how I get on. Melo, thanks to you as well. By the way, you look great in your pix! I know you want to be bigger, but you look so lovely and slim and beautiful already! You'll get where you want to be! And put everything into your music! I get my kicks out of art (which also costs a ton of money and gets a bit frustrating!). But it's great to have a creative outlet isn't it? Happy growing!

Hi Fawn, Just wanted to check how long I should take a break for... I've been on BO 14 months. Should I stop for 3 months or would 4-6 wks be OK? I'm kinda worried about all the excess estrogen I've been exposed to. Thanks a lot, you're such a wonderful support! Hope you're getting the results you want too! Thanks, Fudge

Fourteen months - yea, you can take 3 cycles off. Take a break already - and use the progesterone while you are on break. Load up on the nutrition and sleep. You can continue the EPO & fish oil, too. Fawn
