I am going to start attending pilates again, starting today!! and am also consdering perhaps a kickboxing class one day a week. Do you think that will effect my NBE efforts? I don't think the pilates will do too much as its not really a weightloss program just more muscle toning, and I really would like to do something aerobic too. I really want to just tone my lower half., and perhaps combat some of the cellulite I have - its not bad and I really think that if I tone up again it will disappear like it did last time - its just summer is coming and I am vain - I have no problem admitting it ;-)
As for the old breast fats being replaced, is there somewhere on the board that has an explanation for this? I just don't understand why they would be replaced as opposed to just having new fat grow in around it.

Pilates- great, up to 4 hrs will be fine. Aerobics- ok. If in addition to Pilates up to 2hrs is fine. If in place of- up to 4hrs. Cellulite- skin brush + Pilates and it'll be gone in a month. Old breast fats- you'll just find my posts speaking to it specifically. But people all the time report being a little more saggy then perking up. Wen'

Right boob has gotten all weird and lumpy again, and its rather painful. I spent a good bit of time massage my breast last night, got a good deal of the lumps to soften, but its still kinda odd feeling compared to my left one. Am hoping this will eventually stop happening, as its getting more and more sore.

Heya- Drink some pomegranate juice (low but real sugar version). 1/2 cup for 3 days in morning (before or after a meal). Lumps will dissapate in 4 days after you start juice. It seems you've got some breast lobe inflammation/clogging going on due to something you ate/eat in your diet. If you do nothing, the lumps will still go away, just it'll take about 3 weeks. Soreness is both that and BE. Wen'

That would probably be the chocolate that I have been craving. I only crave it about once a month otherwise I don't really eat a whole lot of sweets, bu t lately I have been a lot of brownies, must be it. I had a reaction like this a long time ago, but figured since I hadn't been reacting the last few months that I was over it, but I guess the key here is moderation, which I don't seem to have.
Dropped the kickboxing after 1 class, its not for me. Pilates is still ago and I am walking more now with the nice weather, so figured that would make up for the kickboxing (if not lie to me please).
Am getting these huge lactating feelings in my boobs almost consistently now, and am finding that bras are actually painful to wear, so I am trying to find all these outfits that don't require me to wear a bra, yet still look decent, which isn't many since I have always been insecure about my size. So any moment I expect to spring a leak, or have the strong urge to find some nursing baby.................but the up side is the girls aren't looking half bad as we start to swell for my period............

Curious thought: I mentioned that I hadn't been reacting to chocolate in a while, but the more I think of it, I haven't had a reaction since I started the progesterone last summer. Wonder if that played a part on the inflammation?
Another thing I noticed, one of the things I used to suffer with has seemed to come back, and I am almost embaressed to write about it, but we are all human and I can't be the only to suffer from this right? I seem to have lost all of my sex drive - I have zilch, and its causing some tension as you can imagine between my husband and I. I'm not sure if I should try a little bit of the progesterone and hope that because it would be such a small dose that it won't effect my herbs, or drop some of the herbs, or what. I really don't want to take anything else, and I remember that shortly after starting the pc I had no problems, whereas I had always struggled with it before. It was to the point my husband once told me I would make a great nun!! It still makes me laugh because he wasn't mean about it.
I have some nice swelling right now but am going to wait for the 7day mark before posting my measurements, so I won't discouraged if they shrink. Without my bra I measure about the same but look fuller, with the bra its almost 1/2 inch larger, and its the same bra since I started a few weeks ago. Oh crap and here I wasn't going to say anything.

Hiya MR- For sex drive help which won't hurt BE- take Styrinol ( www.vitacost.com/Natures-Way-Sytrinol-with-fish-oil ) 1 cap every other day in evening (before or after eating). It'll take about 2 weeks after you start pills to get a start increasing your sex drive back. Take caps in 1 whole bottle and your body can do it on its own from there on out- full drive will be back. Guess that's about 120 days. BTW, your loss of it isn't due to BE efforts. If you weren't on BE- this would be your best help www.vitacost.com/Allergy-Research-Group-Modified-Citrus-Pectin-Powder Heck, good thing you're on BE. The Sytrinol is cheaper! Anyways, using this (1 rounded teaspoon), 1 cup a day, full drive back in about 45 days. Would start to increase in 14 days. Wen'

Umm, Wen, I'm not trying to doubt your wisdom, but the Sytrinol says it helps with cholesterol?
Not that I want to order something that clearly says on the bottle, HELPS WITH LOSS OF SEX DRIVE! ;-)

LOL..lol. Aww, c'mon. I think a bottle that says "SHE LOST HER SEX DRIVE" would do even better! Well, to further explain- cholesterol is linked to testosterone (see here: www.vitamins-supplements.org/hormones/testosterone.php , www.drmirkin.com/men/1008.html, or Google testosterone cholesterol). So since sex drive for women is a combo of progesterone + testosterone and your cholesterol HDL is off, the sytrinol should help fix you up just right. Wen'

Have throat infection - can't swallow pills - again. I was able to take my 3 Red Clover yesterday and will try to do so again today, but I haven't taken anything since Friday - so it was 2 days of nothing at all. Period has started, and I just really want to die, it would feel better. I have the worst cramps you could imagine this morning, I am NOT bloated though, so I am still in my skinny jeans. I haven't ordered the sytrinol yet. I want to, but I have some more important things I need to put money towards right now, so I'm just doing the best I can.

MR-
omg! How horrid. The cramps are apparently residual from chocolate consumption..dang it! Use hot water (or something that stays warm) to help relax those muscles in the abdominal region. Use Advil for pain ( I htink gel caps are really small).
I also put in prayer request on ur behalf for speedy healing (in throat area). Hang in there!

Hey Wen, Thanks - I am taking some reg. advil and the pills are super tiny so I can get them down with some hot tea, but thats about it. Thankfully the dr had the foresight to give me liquid for my throat medication, otherwise I don't think I would be taking it ;-) So hopefully (fingers crossed) I should clear up in a few days. I went to bed super early last night without dinner, as between my throat and my bottom half I was in so much pain I really am not hungry. I got up in the middle of the night and took more pain medicine, and then againt this morning.
The good news is my boobs look great!!! Very full looking, and from the side I hardly recognize them. Yes, I realize there is a good chance its swelling, but I need a little bit of encouragement.
So far I am still holding steady with that 1/2 inch increase, so we shall see in a few more days what it is. Again its only with my trusty bra, without it I am still measuring the same, but have fuller bottoms, and it kinda looks like my tops might be filling in slightly. Its hard to tell, I have such a bony chest, I am not underweight, just carry more on my bottom then top, my husband tells me its my best asset (pun intended).

With herbs in your system..you'll still keep growing and all. Hopefully within a week of not swallowing you'll b back on. Still, whenever you start back up, you won't be set back too much. It's best to let ur body focus on fighting right now vs. luxury boobs. Wen'

starting measurements: Bust: 32.5 with and without bra Below Bust: 28.5 Height 5'6" Weight 120lbs. Current Measurements - After Day 5 Bust: With Bra: 33.25 Without Bra: 32.5 Below Bust: 28.5 Weight 118 as of today, usually lose some weight in the summer and gain it in the winter, about 5lbs. never really affected my boob size though - butt size on the other hand ....... Seriously now....... I seem to have lost 1/4 inch from my previous posted swelling. I knew I would lose some after my flow started, but am still slightly discouraged. Curious though as why there seems to be almost an inch differnce with the bra? Has this happened to others? I mean I like the bra measurement better, but I know that there isn't enough material to make a whole inch difference. Or is that they just sit nicer and all. The do look bigger, especially on the bottom half - yes I am a broken record, but I have never had full bottoms since the kids, so this is wonderful to me. Other then the let down feeling, I don't recall any itchiness or aches for a while, unless I go and rub them up against something - yes that sounds perverted, but I don't know how else to describe it, so go ahead and chuckle, I'll blush appropriatly for you So that is the jest of what is going on. Slightly discouraged as I was really hoping to move up a bra size by now - but it seems I'm not quite there yet, but these A's are getting tight in the cup - perhaps it just I never quite filled a bra other then nursing, so really don't know how they are supposed to fit. *Sigh* This is so hard to be patient. I should be excited that I have grown a little, but I guess its that measurement without the bra not changing that has me bummed.
