Haven't officially started yet, but here it is!
Going to be a simple routine compared to what I have tried in the past.
Once my cycle starts I shall be taking St Herb
2 capsules after breakfast and 2 before bed
My measurements are
32 1/2 under breasts
37 over breasts
weigh 143 lbs about - it fluctuates
height about 5.4
have kids, breast fed
bra is 34-36 B cup

Don't forget to massage using the St Herb cream. That is an extremely important part of the routine.

Thanks! I'll have to order some first though, which is ok because I'd really like to see how the pills work by themselves for the first month. And it takes a good month to receive orders from overseas.
I asked the postmaster why it takes so long and he said,"...Well...There's this old man and his donkey who deliver the packages..." Then he laughed and said ,"Seriously, it usually gets stuck sitting around in customs for a while and they have dogs that sniff the packages."
By the way, they have so many creams, how does one know which one to choose? I am on a budget and will probably order again from Ebay.

Starting St Herb today, got my period and am somehow strangely happy about it.
I am looking forward to having some results to post.
Wish me luck!
Took 2 capsules after breakfast with milk per instructions on bottle and will take 2 more capsules before bed
