Ok! Ive decided to finally post my routine!! I've been doing this for about a week and a half but didn't really think it would work. Been feeling dull pains in both breasts and are sensitive to touch especially the nipples!! However not getting to excited because this might not mean anything.
Im 19 underbust: 28.5" Bust: 33" Bra size... not sure!! ha ha wear 32B though
I started taking fenugreek first 4xdaily = 2000 Then added sawpalmetto 4xdaily=2000 And i have just added Wild yam 3xdaily = 1500
I'm just going to gradually introduce new herbs i think and see how my body responds!!
If anyone has any tips... always gratefull xx

Hey!
I massage every night with evening primrose oil but will soon add fennel extract as this seems to have been beneficial to others! I also massage in the morning if i get the chance.
For some reason i dont seem to have the same sensatios i did have and am not as sore. Tomorrow will make it two weeks since i started the programme so i don't no why?!
I have been experiancing some pains in my chest though which dont feel as though they are in my breasts but in my rib cage, does anyone have any ideas why this could happen?
Also, how does borage oil help with in NBE??

EPO may be desensitizing your breast glands. I'd drop it. The Rib pain...if it's in the upper is ok (I had some of those too on BE). Where are they? But then again..I'm really feeling the EPO to be suspect.

Zoe,
I think adding fennel extract is a great idea. You will need a carrier oil of some kind.
I don't see how EPO can desensitize the gland unless you are really packing it on heavy or already using it as an internal, but anything is possible. But if not EPO you can use borage or an olive/borage mix. If you don't want to use oils, use aloe vera gel. Either way, it would be good to apply some preheat before the massage and about 15 or 20 minutes of heat after the massage. The key ingredient in massage is the fennel extract. The purpose of carriers is to get is as far down as possible.
Borage oil has more GLA per gram than any other oil. EPO has about 8% of GLA and Borage has about 23% GLA. The reason for GLA, in theory at least, is that it helps build the prostaglandins that are precursors to aromatase. Aromatase + testosterone = estrogen.

EPO/borage oil...not needed by all that's for sure.
If your sensations had increased, I'd have said keep it. But having used it personally and also having experienced the same 'decrease in sensations', is mostly where I got 'drop it' from. My next clue was the increase in negative sensations (PMS) during my periods. See what happens the next time yours comes.
