Okay, here's how I'm starting out. Dong Quai capsules: 3 a day; morning, noon, evening Fennel capsules: 1 a day; morning Red Clover extract: 4 droppers a day in green tea Wild Yam extract: 3 droppers a day in green tea I originally dowsed for capsules only, but some of them required more pills than I feel I can take per day, even distributed throughout the day (5, 7, etc.), so I asked if I could substitute extract instead and got positive results. 9.9/10 overall for the regime. Minimum growth: 2 cups in at least 4 months Maximum growth: 5+ cups in 9 months My goal is a D cup, and right now I'm a B, so maybe all I need is 4 months, then some maintenance? We'll see! Wish me luck! Anyone, feel free to check me on these, I always can use extra help with the dowsing! UPDATE 11-30-06: I've been feeling some growing pains yesterday and today, which has me a little excited. I'm luteal and set to menstruate in a week or so, but since I had my son I've not had breast tenderness this noticeably or this early before!

Be sure not to eat after you use extracts for at least 20+ minutes. I believe the best way it to put them under your tongue and let it absorb through the tissues there. The tastes can be pretty vile..so get ready.
Also the timeline to completley fill a small D is 4.6months. 4months is when those D growths start coming in.

UPDATE: They didn't have Thyme or Sheep Sorrel at the store I went to. I dowsed to see if it would throw off my NBE routine, and got a very strong "no." Maybe I just needed those two for something else? Without them, I dowsed a 10/10 for the combination, and got another strong "no" when I asked if I needed to change the amounts of the other herbs to compensate. Thanks for the fine tuning on the timeline, Wen'. I gotta say though--I don't know if I'm tough enough to take the extracts straight! I'll see how they taste tomorrow, but if they're too gross I really wouldn't mind waiting an extra month or two and drinking them in tea. I'm a weenie like that.

LOL..yeah, see how the tastes go. If it's just a few drops- could be bearable. Anyhow, sheep sorrel and thyme are easily found online. They seem to help with health issues, so while you'll grow, it may be easier for your body to handle BE effects should you use them. www.vitacost.com or www.puritan.com are great sites for things like this. Also, try the local GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, or Vitamin World if you have them (Call ahead). Wen'

ACK! Well....I tried a few drops of both the Wild Yam and Red Clover extracts last night. WY was okay I thought, to take straight. So I just took a dropper-full of the WY and whoa--it BURNED! Probably because it's alcohol-based. I dowsed whether I should get alcohol or non-alcohol, and found that growth-wise, either kind was perfectly effective. I didn't bother to think about taste.....so I'm drinking my RC in a nice hot cup of green tea. I had previously dowsed that the green tea wouldn't lessen the effectiveness of the herbs, so hopefully this will continue to be good for the routine.
I'm wondering something though--if I take Dong Quai during my period, I have a terrible time round about day three of menses. I need to remember to dowse for an alternative to DQ, to see if stopping DQ will greatly affect my growth. I'm okay with a little discomfort for the sake of bigger breasts, but I learned over the course of three cycles just recently that taking my DQ tea while menstruating (which is confusingly labeled Woman's Moon Cycle, making me think I was supposed to take it *during* my period) makes me feel like I was hit by a truck: horrible cramps, migraine, back pain the likes of which I only had in the first 8 weeks of pregnancy due to a corpus luteum cyst--you get the idea. So I must remember to dowse for this! I also need a tape measure.

Yikes about the DQ! It's really weird you need it, but it must only be for a limited time..and seems that during LUTEAL is when you'd take it...not during the period. So long as you're checking daily, and not just taking it, you shouldn't feel like you're going through the wringer. Def stay on top of checking that. Also, be sure to check that the brand you're using is at least 70%..closer to 100% the better. Finally, consider putting your extracts in less tea (a 1-2 ounces), juice etc, but still let it absorb under your tongue. Else, you may need to swallow more to have the same effect because the stomach has taken the goodies out and labeled it for 'expulsion'...lol. Wen'

I've been putting the extracts in a little sake cup and topping them up with just a splash of apple juice. It helps the flavor quite a bit, and jazzes up the routine. I dowsed that this wasn't going to lessen the effectiveness of the herbs, but it is a little weird holding so much liquid under my tongue. I need a full dropper of each extract, and that adds up to a lot of liquid even without the juice. I've just been holding it under my tongue for several seconds before swallowing it. I also added massage yesterday to my routine. It's been different every day, and at different times of the day, so I'm not going to post it.

I also was able to modify my massage routine to a single massage that I repeat throughout the day, as opposed to dowsing a different routine for each massage. I've also been EFT tapping.
UPDATE 12-12-2006: Sheep Sorrel and Thyme extracts came today, added to Aunt Flo routine
