This was my routine; I've stalled: I take these 3x's per day 2 fenugreek (500mg) 1 saw palmetto (500mg) 1 fennel (500mg) 1 GABA (500mg) before bed
I massage with: 2 Borage Oil, 1 dropper Wild Yam and any type of cream I have on hand. This mixtire lasts about 3 days.
I can't eat meat (I'm very visual when I eat - may as well put the animal on the table; that's all I can think of - eating a poor animal) I'm underweight (102lbs) and cannot gain no matter what I eat. I have a very stressful job, 3 teenagers (more stress!) and am 41 years old.
When I start my period on the weekend (I'm so regular; I know when I'm getting it) I'm adding Red Clover - I used it the first 2 months and had very hot boobs with lots of tingling - no growth just firmed up - after breastfeeding 3 kids they looked like deflated balloons.
I'd appreciate any advice before Saturday!

I dont know what size you are, but at your height and weight, I can tell you already that you are probably using too much fenugreek. 3000mg of fg is the max for someone starting with around a B cup. You should not be taking anymore than around 2000mg/day. Start out slowly this time and start with 2 a day (or just start over) and ramp up to 3 and give it about a week to evaluate and then go up to 4 if needed. If you are really small, then you will stall quicker anyone. Use the first 2 days of your cycle to do a liver cleanse with milk thistle. Then restart the herbs. You could also benefit from skipping a whole cycle, then starting over. Oh, and use the fennel for something else like a tea. Break open 4-5 capsules in boiling water and let seep for 20 minutes. You can strain it with a coffee filter. Remember you want to be at the lowest possible dosage to get growth so you have room to ramp up a little when you need to.

I'm a 34aa ( I must have been a 34aaaa when I started - I've filled my balloons up and stayed that way), I picked up the milk thistle and started it today. What's your opinion on red clover? I was taking it at the beginning and ran out. I was getting such hot breasts and lots of tingles then, so I added more fenugreek to compensate for the loss of the red clover. Should I keep massaging during the liver cleanse?

My new routine:
3 x's per day I take 1 fenugreek (500mg), 1 red clover (375mg), 1 saw palmetto (500 mg) I massage in the morning after my shower with olive oil, EPO & wild yam extract I massage at night after a hot bath with olive oil, fenugreek, and EPO and as soon as I get it; I've ordered a protein weight gainer powder that is 1000 calories per glass. I'll be trying to drink 2 of those per day - not sure if I'll like it or be able to drink 2 glasses of it. I don't take GABA anymore becasue it made me feel like I had indigestion all the time.

My routine (October 19, 2006):
I eat first – taking these on an empty stomach just doesn’t work with my lifestyle. I do not drink any coffee, tea or carbonated beverages. I do however have a few cups of decaffeinated tea with honey and lemon every morning and throughout the day. I don’t really like water but since it’s very important to drink lots; I water down my juice throughout the day. I started a new routine since I stalled in late August, early September. I did the liver cleanse for the first 3 days of my period. I used the Flat to Fab routine by starting off on day 4 of my period with 1 red clover 1x per day: after that I added 1 more until I reached a total 3x’s per day and did the same with all of the herbs. I’m now thinking of ramping up but I’ve been so teary – I can even make myself cry, apparently red clover does this but I really believe that is what is making me grow, I quit taking it in early August and next thing I knew I had stalled and had to start all over again. If I ramp up it will be with the saw palmetto. I take the dong quai for improving circulation and I get bad cramps on my period and this is supposed to help. I’m getting tingles, hot to the touch boobs and sharp pains but not all day long – it’s actually just before I’m to take my next dose.
8AM: 1 fenugreek (500mg), 1 red clover (325mg), 1 saw palmetto (800mg), 1 dong quai (325mg), 1 wild yam (300mg).
After my shower I massage with red clover capsules and olive oil – I have ordered the tincture because I hate the gritty feeling I have all day.
4PM: 1 fenugreek (500mg), 1 red clover (325mg), 1 saw palmetto (800mg), 1 dong quai (325mg), 1 wild yam (300mg).
11:30PM: 1 fenugreek (500mg), 1 red clover (325mg), 1 saw palmetto (800mg), 1 dong quai (325mg), 1 wild yam (300mg). This is when I take my 1025 calorie weight gaining drink as well, it contains fenugreek (Quick Mass by Allmax) they recommend taking it before bed, I’ve gained 2 pounds since I started taking it (1 ½ weeks ago), you’re supposed to take it twice a day but I find that I miss dinner if I do because I’m not hungry.

Your routine looks on the right path for you. As mentioned in the other thread- do the internals as you are (Fenu, RC, SP, DQ, and WY), but reduce the RC/OO massage to 1-2x's a day- that should be more than enough.
The protein/weight gain drink is cool especially if you're trying to gain, but make sure it's at least 2 hours b4 bedtime.

I've gained 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks - the trick to gaining is to drink that stuff about an hour before bed - wow; I haven't weighed this much since I was pregnant 15 years ago! I'd like to weigh 115, my son's a body builder and will be making me body sculpt once I hit 115 pounds.

What brand of & how much protein powder are you drinking? (in terms of grams of protein per serving? Hope you are drinking LOTS of water.
DO NOT BODY SCUPLT WHILE ATTEMPTING BE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY! Body sculpting usually means a low carb diet and rapid weight loss. When doing rapid weight loss, the body takes it from the organs first to support good health. Breasts are organs. You don't want your abs sticking out further than your breasts!
Wanting to cry is a normal side effect of being estrogenic. Do you feel tired all the time? . . If you can't take your herbs before meals, take them 30 minutes after meals, but never with your meals. You can take them with your watered down juice but not your protein drink.
When I read your routine, I keep getting the impression that something else you could try is Goat's Rue. It works well and may be what you need. Madredesiete has good success with it. I'll provide more details on that in a few days. The usage is a little different. I need to find out madredesiete's supplier and I'll pass it on.
I think the weak point in your routine is massage. You can address your acne with topical vitamin A. Do not take it internally! There will be plenty in your multi. But if you are getting acne on your chest, you can add some in your batter, or start with a topical vitamin A cream and add herbs like fenugreek to it. But not tinctures. Use Greenbush extracts. They are non alcoholic and are very potent.
Make sure to use heat before and after massaging in the herbs. Keep them on overnight if you can. Use aloe vera gel (before applying heat) to make the concoction go deeper. You definitely need more fenugreek in your massage. That appears to me to be your missing link.
Also, If you can, break a gram of borage oil into your batter and massage with it.
Take a gram of borage oil at night before bedtime. Oils are OK with food so it is OK to take it with your protein drink. Don't forget the multivitamin. Get regular exercise but don't overdo it. If you start having skin problems, like wanting to burn easily, discontinue the Dong Quai. That is a known side effect.
To summarize the sloppy paragraph above regarding massage: Topical Vit. A will help the acne problem. If you are getting acne on your chest, you might start with a Vit. A cream as your base ingredient in your batter mix. Add Greenbush Fenugreek Extract to it (lots of it) and a gram or two of borage oil. Mix it all together and massage it in. Get 20 minutes under a heated pad (buffered by saran wrap) and keep it on all night if possible.
Massaging routine, as many times per day as possible, is recommended to get as much fenugreek as possible down past the skin layer.

Just digging out of a 25cm snow storm, no hydro – blah blah blah… I’m taking Allmax nutrition Quick Mass. It contains 56 grams of protein and has 1010 calories per serving (I have 1 per day an hour before bedtime). Oh, it also contains 1319 mg of L-tyrosine is that enough to take to "aromatise"? I’m hoping to weigh 115, and at the rate I’m going it won’t be much longer! I drink about 6 cups of decaffeinated tea with honey and lemon or some other kind of herbal tea; (I’m partial to citrus flavors), another 4 glasses of watered down juice: I wonder if grapefruit juice interferes like it does with certain medications because I really like it ? I might have a coffee once in awhile, but never within and hour of taking my herbs. I quit drinking coffee and pop on June 7, the day I started BE. I’m not tired, never been one who needs much sleep, like not needing an alarm clock to be woken up. I don’t exercise but walk a lot during the day while I work, not much sitting around, I do laze around about 8pm when I read or watch TV until 9-10pm when I have a hot bath and go to bed before 11. Let me know about the goats rue, I had read about it in one of the books I have in the library. I have a wonderful natural herbs store here who will order anything I need. I’m getting acne on my upper lip, nose. forehead and my chin; same places I got them when I was going through puberty. None on my chest – yet! I changed my batter to olive oil and borage oil and TERRA VITA RED CLOVER TOPS made with glycerin and vanilla flavor – I don’t smell like a dirt pile anymore! I’ll get the same brand of fenugreek if that’s what you think I should do? I also bought a jar of fennel and wild yam combination cream – could I use this for anything? I thought to use it as a progesterone cream - am I right? I’m not going to body sculpt – I now weigh 110 pounds, I haven’t weighed this much in over 15 years, since I was pregnant with my daughter! Pants are a bit tight and bra is a bit fuller. I measured last week; I’m 31” across, a jump from June when I was 29”. Any comments would be appreciated!

L², Quick Mass looks like a pretty good mix. I especially like the amino acid profile. Does it raise your energy levels also? Wahaika - how much goat's rue should I take and should I remove one of the herbs from my routine when I start the goat's rue? The red clover topical is working good I think - I'm just waiting for the fenugreek to arrive and will add this to the batter. I put the aloe vera gel on first until it's all absorbed then do the "greasy massage" with saran wrap and heat for 20 minutes.

Goat's Rue can be ramped up along with everything else, but it is going to add to the estrogenic herb count. Do you have access to Goat's Rue? Sometimes it is hard to find.
Goat's Rue works well as an infusion but just use a little bit, like 1/2 ml per day. You can use the infusion in the massage. It also works extremely well in the olive oil/borage oil mixture in the booby batter pages. Be prepared to smell like fresh cut alfalfa.
Goat's rue also has to be picked in a certain way. Make sure you get it from a reputable source of herbs. If it contains the entire plant, including the roots, avoid that one. The roots contain an alkaloid toxin. It may be useful to someone who has studied it. In general, it needs to be harvested before it flowers. A good place to get Goat's Rue from is AmeriHerb at 1-800-267-6141.
There used to be another BE company besides Greenbush that used Goat's Rue in their stuff. I cannot remember the name of it off hand but their stuff worked extremely well. The problem was that they made some claims that they couldn't document so some smarty pants lawyer looking to make a name for themself went after them and they went out of business. Probably a competitor.
I lost the files long ago that showed the breakdown of that product (we figured it out) but the files are probably long gone. If I find them I'll post what we found in this thread.

:DI've been told by my family that I am tired; you asked awhile back if I was getting tired - what did you mean by that? I fall asleep watching tv about 7:30pm - wake up about 10 and have a bath and go right back to sleep. Is it the fenugreek; I'm only taking 1500mg per day. L²

:)I added Goats rue to my batter today. I found it at Gaia Garden (Online) and will be using fengreek seed extract in my evening batter. >:(I get my period in another 9 days, but I'm not going to wait until after; I was using the pills in my olive oil and hated the grainy feeling I had all day, a night YUK! ;D

January 22/07 Did a liver cleanse on 16, 17 & 18th. NEW ROUTINE:
AM: 2 x Vitex (agnus castus) MID DAY: 1 x saw Palmetto (1000mg) PM: 2 x Vitex (agnus castus), 1 GABA (500mg), 1 Borage oil(100mg).
I weigh 110, stopped taking the protein drink over the Christmas holidays as I love turkey, stuffing, pies etc. I should start taking it again, I've lost 2 pounds.
