wild yam-3000 mg fennel 3000 mg (maybe a little more) fenugreek 3000 mg ( I cut back to 1000 because of weight gain) EPO 3000 Vit.E 3000 Was taken SawP but stopped cause I read it was really bad to put weight on... these are taken daily...I do skip from time to time because of stomach trouble... I was almost a B and now I can almost fill a C cup.. The only problem is weight gain.. and when I stop the herbs I lose alot of breast growth.... I also massage twice a day..

I stated back on SawP and leaving off fenugreek..I was told it was the one making me gain weight...

If you have left off the fenugreek, then maybe you should start on fennel to replace the fenugreek. It is the next best thing to fenugreek. Also, have you tried fennel/fenugreek tea? I know our bodies react differently to any medicine taken in different forms. Maybe you wont gain weight with the tea. Oddly enough, I have lost a couple of pounds since I started my be program last Sat. and fenugreek is the main component of my routine. Also, fenugreek seems to make some people "monsters" and I have actually felt a lot calmer, more at peace emotionally. So, every body is different.
