Okay, so I have finally taken the online hormone test. And these are the results: Estrogen Dominance (12 checked boxes) Excess androgen Cortisol deficiency of which I checked 3 boxes.
Im deficient in progesterone. So I guess adding progesterone cream would be something I should add to my routine. If you have any suggestions on altering my routine to fit my needs please let me know.
Thank you, Sanoe

For BE purposes, don't add progesterone. The idea of being balanced to grow has already been disproven.
But if you are interested in general health and feeling better, that is different.

Im sad to report that I decided to stop all herbs. The reason for that is because I felt they were overstimulating my ovaries. About 2 weeks after I began taking them which would be the normal ovulation time' my ovaries began hurting, much like it did when I took 'clomid' a medication to induce ovulation to become pregnant. Normally I dont have pain to that degree. Much like a golf ball trying to fit thru my fallopian tube.
I posted this problem on this forum and emailed the herbalist for Green Bush, and my fears were to put to rest as a rare occurance to be overstimulated, so I continued my routine. Infact Joel from Green bush says that cysts from these herbs are a misconception that it actually prevents it.
Anyway a week later I began feeling the same pains. The pain would come and go but came on soon after taking drinking the herbal teas and taking the herbs. So my intuition told me to stop, better safe than sorry. So I did. Its been 2 days and the pains have subsided.
Maybe Im just an exception for this to happen. Or that Im really sesitive to herbs. So Im going to take a break for a while to decide what step to take next.

Ive been reading Fengshui and TigerLiliy's program. I may go that route since only massage and boobie friendly foods are used.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. Maybe you should try the hypnosis + massage route. I wish I could do the hypnosis, but I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old that do not allow for me to have quiet time.
