ramped up to...
FG: 5 - 610mg split up daily
EPO: 3 - 1000mg
SP: 6 - 450mg
WY: 7 - 425mg
FLAX: 3 - 1000mg
RC: 6 - 500mg
Recently took off red clover from reading others don't suggest it.
Attempted dowsing lol. the only thing i really got out of it was that flax was a 'no', but a 'yes' on everything else??
Massage at night with...
aloe Vera gel
dropper of fennel
few capsules of EPO
close to every night followed with a heating pad.
One Protein shake a day, some exercises, lots of eggs.
felt strong pains first couple days of my routine (lol, I guess this is the only time where you feel extreme happiness to feel pain), and then they went away for a while, and recently started feeling slight pains every once in a while, but don't seem as strong as I think they should be, like the ones when I first started, haven't noticed too much growth (none by measuring either), but some firmness.
Thinking about stopping for a little while, and then trying something new, but I'm not sure where to start with that...
I'm kind of skinny so it seems like my doses should be smaller, but oftenly my body takes more of like medications to respond to them, but maybe not the case for be.
should a multi-vitamin or a b-complex be added?
Any suggestions? They would be more than appreciated.
also a question about the flat to fab or any other books, is buying the book needed, or does this site contain most of the same information?
