Well, I started my period in the middle of the day today so I will be starting my routine tomorrow. I have been using progesterone cream for about two weeks to clear my receptors and help with my post-Depo-Provera progesterone-starved body. I think it helped because my period came back very regularly and I had NO PMS except for some breast tenderness. It was WONDERFUL lol. Anyway, I bought Flat2Fab to get a good overview of everything, and I have since tweaked the F2F routine from the things I've read on this board.
Morning Chi massage: 360 rotations using aloe vera gel and wild yam extract
Evening Chi massage: 360 rotations using aloe vera gel, fenugreek extract, and peppermint extract, and 20 minutes of heat afterwards
Following Madredesiete ramp-up, these are the maximum dosages I will be doing for the first cycle:
Fenugreek - 620 mg. 2x/day = 1240 mg./day
Saw Palmetto - 585 mg. 3x/day = 1755 mg./day
Red Clover - 500 mg. 2x/day = 1000 mg./day
I'm trying to keep my estrogenic herb dosages low since I'm starting out as a 34AA. It seemed like Saw Palmetto was okay to go a little more, but please correct me if I should be doing less of that also. I don't want to stall, so these are just the maximums I will do for the first cycle. I'll make sure to pay attention to growth signs so that I can reduce dosages if I suddenly stop getting growth pains.
I also have a fast metabolism, so I'm trying to pay attention to my calorie intake and get about 1500-2000 calories a day, and also get more protein during the day.
If you have any advice/suggestions/encouragement ( ) that would be great!
