period was almost a week late but it came, exactly when wen predicted too! i am on day 6 of my cycle and will be taking my next dose on dec 10, during ovulation. i too am getting more zits. i do not know if this is because of my late period or because i am stressing out. my breasts are heavy but not sore anymore. the pains are gone for the most part - maybe this was all luteal swelling. i had huge cravings for soda and was in general unusually thirsty this period. also, it was very short. last month, it lasted about 5-6 days, whereas this month it only lasted half the time.

took second dose today. more pains on ee than on herbs. zits all over face. period was late, period was short. increased sex drive. i'm sick so i hope my meds won't interfere with the ee.

almost over my cold. i tried to lay off any strange medications cause i already took antibiotics and other stuff cause of an infection. i really hope those medications didn't interfere with my ee. i feel pains randomly. i'm still pretty hungry and i've been really thirsty lately too. my sex drive is really up there and i don't know how i'd describe this without being too graphic.
i believe i'm on day 18 of my second cycle, which means i am due for 2 more packets sometime soon. i don't know if i should wait till the first day of my period just because i'll know for sure that i'll be taking my packets during luteal. my cycle was thrown off so i am still thinking about exactly which days i'll be taking my dose.

cold came back, worse than ever.
this past saturday, dec 23, i took 2 packets with regular, purified water (had no artesian on hand this time). had to take these packets during my luteal and i was a day late. 4 days later, my period is late again. it should be day 4 of my new cycle and i am supposed to take my last packet during follicular. i think i'm just going to wait for my period to come...

Yikes, lots going on. Recall the cycle shifts all together as your body adjusts. Yes, wait until your period comes to know for sure you're in your follicular. For your cold- drink up on Simply Orange OJ. Wen'  |

my period came and left, took my last ee dose on the last day of my period, yesterday. so i am done for now. i will post pics if i can.

Do note that you will still continue to respond and grow for another 3-4 months.

almost 3 weeks after my last dose of ee. i've been experiencing incredible but random pains. boobs are a lot softer and "jigglier" than before - i hope this means they're changing and making room for fat and expansion. right boob grew from pics. i hope the left one will catch up soon.

periods have changed since starting ee. my flow has been lighter but spread out over more days. boobs are the same since the last time i checked in. same old fullness.
was going to post pictures but photobucket deleted my account because i broke their terms of service? i guess i'm not allowed to post pictures of my boobs.
