Two weeks into the routine.
Ramped up, as was suggested.
Currently taking:
1x FG 575 TID 1x SP 575 TID 1x WY 575 TID
(TID Three time's daily) (BID Twice daily) (SID Once Daily)
Batter BID 1 dropper of Fennel extract a Cocoa Butter base. 300 rotations, Heat @ Night for 15mins.
I had a bad diet before starting the programme.. mostly processed. now my diet consists of two high protein shakes a day, eggs, red meats, rice, pasta.
I think I am possibly Estrogen Dominent.. and am worried I am going to stall, or possibly already have. I am going to go onto Birth Control again soon, and am wondering if a Progesterone only Pill would help in anyway? or is that Naive? >.>
Havent felt anything really yet, nipples have been a little sore when I introduced the WY, unsure if that's just rotations doing that or what..
Wondering whether I should try Red Clover as I'm so small.. I think my batter needs a little work also I guess..
I have been feeling extremely tired these last few days however. I'm not sure if it's the FG..

My routine has grown somewhat unorphodox.
From the start of my period last month, I took 4 drops of Fennel Extract in a Protein shake for 5 days. Then added one FG 575. every day in the afternoon for 5 days, then added the second FG at the next 5 days. massaging three times a day with Fennel extract in a butter base. almost immediately I started getting twangs in my chest (sorry, best way I can describe it) getting heavier and heavier each day. it's extremely heavy toward my period. (I dont ever get breast aches before my period usually) visibly, my right smaller breast has changed, the nipple is bigger, and it no longer inverted, and the shape has changed. I have measured myself @ 32.7inches today, though I expect to lose a little after my period, I will add SP slowly in the same way next month. I have no idea what I am doing, or how it's working, but somehow this time the difference in the ramping is huge, than last time when I ramped up as suggested, I think it was still too much too soon for my body.
currently my routine @ 28 days into routine looks like this:
Morning: Whey Protein Shake. 4 drops of Fennel into the shake. Breast massage for 10mins. Fennel and Cocoa Butter Base. Afternoon: 1 FG 575 Breast Massage for 10mins. Same mixture.
Evening: 1 FG 575 Breast massage for 10 mins. Whey Protein Shake.
The reason I am mixing FG and Fennel, when I first started using with the usual 3x day FG I was fainting alot, and getting very tired, this current mixture I have with my herbs isnt making me have these symptoms.
so yeah.. weird..

sounds like you're doing well....one thing, if you'v e had results doing this, I wouldn't bother about adding the SP. Perhaps further down the track if your sensations slow, you could add it then. It may be that you don't need it. In some cases, the added Phytoestrogen will be enough.

Yeah, I thought about that too. I am just going to play it by ear, like I have the whole of the month so far, just not entirely sure.. how sore is 'too' sore.. or just enough, or not quite enough. lol, if you know what I mean.
Take care, Fade.

Kinda reached a brick in the road, and I don't really know what I should do from here.. I havent grown any this month, but good thing-I havent lost any either. however, I am only feeling heavy pains in my chest in the last two weeks of my cycle, I realise that this is supposed to be normal.. but before I started NBE I never ever had any heaviness, swelling, or soreness in my chest at any stage in my cycle. so I presume... feeling soreness now is good, right? what I don't know is what I should do to keep this feeling.. I am not sure what my body is lacking/has too much off.. I've been dowsing somewhat, and slowly ramped in SP this month.. but felt nothing.. Next cycle I am not sure whether I should be continuing the SP.. I am currently on 3xFG a day and as I'm very small I dont want to take any more per day and stall completely. over the past two months I've been ramping FG up extremely slowly.. and finally am taking the max per day. I havent added any WY yet, as I am not sure if I need it/should use it.. It's so easy to see what you should do when you read someone elses routines, but it's always so much harder to put it to practice yourself.. just don't know what I should be doing. I really need some advice

Whatever you are doing that is causing the heavy pains, simply maintain it. Do nothing different. If you want to try and move those pains to the first half or your cycle, it is my opinion that you do that by elevating the estrogen influence. That is, slowly ramp up fenugreek or Fennel, but in those first two weeks only. Do not ramp after mid cycle day.
If SP is doing nothing for you then ramp it back out. I would say go by the feelings of growth that you get and when you get them rather than dowsing.
Keep good records of what you did and what effect it had during the entire month. Don't forget to completely skip all herbs on midcycle day and day 1.
Good luck,
Wahaika

Thankyou for taking the time to reply.
I can see the logic in what you are saying.. but does this mean I should ramp down completely again and start again? but only ramping in the first two weeks of cycle? as right now I am already at the max amount of FG that I would like to take per day.
thankyou in advance,
Sarah.

In that case, I would say stick with what you are at. Your stats look really good. Something must be going right!
