I began my routine a week and a day ago. These are my stats:
Age: 18
Height : about 5 "4
Weight : about 45 kilograms/7.5 stone (sorry not sure what this is in lbs)
Bra size : 32A
Breast measurement under bust : 27"
Breast measurement across fullest part : 30.5"
This is the routine i have been following :
Morning
1 Saw Palmetto standardised extract- 250 mg
1 Fenugreek (seed capsule) - 610 mg
1 Evening Primrose oil - 500mg
1 Wild Yam standardised extract - 500mg
1 multivitamin and iron
Ocassionally I might massage with a lotion with 6 drops of saw palmetto tincture and also drink a whey protein shake with milk. Very rarely though cos i hate the shake and i hate milk and it makes me wanna throw up when i drink it.
Evening
1 Saw Palmetto standardised extract- 250 mg
1 Fenugreek (seed capsule) - 610 mg
1 Evening Primrose oil - 500mg
Sometimes i might drink a cup of fennel tea but not often cos i hate that too.I also take my contraceptive pill (cilest) every night. Ive been on the pill for a couple years. Before i was on it i reckon i was about a 32AA so since taking it i have grown to a fullish A-cup.
Altogether thats Fenugreek - 1220mg
SP - 500mg
Wild Yam - 500mg
EPO - 1000mg
i do a massage at night with a homemade boobie batter :
1 capsule of Fenugreek dissolved in minimum amount of hot water.
Add 3 EPO capsules, few drops of fennel tincture and saw palmetto tincture + few drops of ylang ylang and pepermint.
I apply the batter and do 360 inward rotations and also grabbing the whole breast with the palm of my hand and squezzing it out to the nipple. I then apply heat to each breast for around 15min.
I have also got some milk thistle which i will take on day 14 and day 1 of my cycle, and some red clover standardised extract which i will start when ramping up i think.
