Maggie, You did not give it enough time. You also need to ramp up to your dosages in 1/4 tsp increments. For some theory, read this in its entirety: (madredesiete's routine) beboard.proboards23.com/index.cgi?board=Routines&action=display&thread=1074738958You need to add phytoestrogens, a carrier, and 15 min of low heat from a heated pad to your massage. Consider EPO or Borage oil in place of/in addition to flax. Make sure flax is without (or minimized lignands. Lignands in flax are aromatase inhibitors.) Good luck! Wahaika

Hi Wahiaka, I am interested in what you said about flax seed oil with lignands. I did not know about it and have been taking it along wth mirifem pills , cream, saw palmetto and borage oil. My boob actually shrank a little. could it be due to the Flax seed oil with lignands.
thanks.

maloo,
It depends on how long you have been taking those things. If you have been at it for a month or less, shrinkage before growth is normal - on herbs. Mirifem may be the same.
If you are experiencing the anti aromatase effect of the lignands in flax see oil, I don't believe it would take away what you currently have. It would just inhibit new growth.
