Started BE 3 days ago. was taking natures gain for a couple of weeks but decided to give the herbs a go.
My be routine:
fenugreek: 610mg 6xdaily saw palmetto:1000mg 1xdaily star flower oil capsules: 500mg 1xdaily protein shake: 2xdaily
I massage my breasts with fenugreek powder mixed in vitamin e oil before i go to bed for about 10 mins.
I work out 3 times a week, 30 mins of cardio, and 30 mins of weights.
does anyone have any views on my routine? should i be doing anything differently? any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
thanx.

Hello Faz,
Did you ramp up on the dosages of fenugreek? If not, you could do that in order to determine how much you need by paying attention to signs of growth while ramping up. Signs of growth are deep aches, itches, feelings of heaviness, etc. (do you feel these now?) Ramping up dosages this way is a good way to make sure you are getting just the right amount. Too much will stall you. Too little does not do the job. Madredesiete's routine and Pammy's routine both have ramp up examples in them. Both routines are good examples generally. They are on one of the pages in the routines section.
You could raise the borage oil to 1000mg per day and take it last thing before bedtime.
You could raise your saw palmetto to 3000mg gradually.
Are you taking any suppliments? If not, you might add a good multivitamin that has zinc and a B complex (or take one separately). Don't go over about 80 mg of zinc per day. 30 mg is usually pretty good.
For massage, try letting the herbs soften in for some time in the vitamin E. You could replace the vitamin E with olive and/or borage oil. After the massage, follow up with about 15 min of heat using a heated pad on low. Leave it on all night if you can. Extracts are very good for massage. Fenugreek, Fennel, and Red Clover extracts are the best in my opinion. A drop or two (but no more) of DMSO also helps.
Make sure to use good fresh potent herbs. Greenbush has a great track record. Others work as well.
Good luck,
Wahaika
