well, I lost all soreness and booby-pains after switching to fennel Sooo.... when day 1 restarted, I started again with 2 Saw Palmetto, 1 Black Currant Oil and 1 Red Clover each taken twice a day... lots of pains again. Currently its about a week after my period ended and I still have pains. It doesn't seem to take much over this amount to stop the sensation <sigh>. Any how, I've taken a close look at my diet, and to track the number of calories I take in per day, and have figured out that with my good metabolism, I'm not eating near enough calories for any kind of growth (work keeps me busy and distracted...no time for snacking...quick lunch and other bad habits)...so, I've decided to add weight gain shakes to my routine and up my protein some more. Will be now having a Carnation Instant breakfast added on top of breakfast and (once it arrives...I ordered since cheaper online) will be having a weight gainer shake before bed (whopping approx. 600 calories per serving...and was the healthiest looking one I could find...). Take care all...

I'm in the same boat as you about eating more. It's hard to eat more when you are supposed to wait 2 hrs after a meal and a half hour before. Do you do this?

do you mean the herbal pills? no I don't, or at least I don't plan it that way although it might happen inadvertantly... my morning dose I usually take with breakfast, with my vitamins and such, my nightly dose I take before bed, which is more often than not several hours after dinner. I am usually so starved for food by the time I wake up (from not eating during the time that I'm sleeping)..eating just a little bit/taking pills/just drinking something not filling enough usually makes those hunger pains worse and can make me really nauseus... I need to find something which will keep me from starving during the night... yet eating a big meal right before sleeping is really bad for the digestive system. Apparently having casein before bed could help the starving problem...is digested much more slowly than most proteins... and at least the gainer would add those extra calories on top of the three meals in a easy and quick way... its funny, lately I've been getting info from weight lifting sites for when they are doing their bulking (weight gaining phase)... not something I ever thought to look into before. It can be frustrating sometimes... its hard to eat more when you have to plan around a busy life...some days (only when I am working) I am lucky if I have time for lunch plus, trying to fit more food than usual in a belly (in one go) can be very uncomfortable to do... uncomfortable enough to want to constantly give up. Apparently, for my daily activity level, and due to my metabolism I need to be eating around 2000 calories a day to gain weight. Thats alot of food... especially since I want to eat healthy and not eat too much high fat foods or increase my cholesterol levels.... sorry... I've been stressed out lately... and its just one of my current biggest frustrations By the way... I added one fennel pill to my routine 2x a day... looks like two are too many. One seems to be fine so far. So far ultra low doses seem the way to go... maybe

Due to some extra stresses in my life... I've decided to back off from doing BE for now, but I am going to try to gain some extra weight generally, which I think is more important to me at this point, and will help lead me to my goal. I need to work on my "diet" and eating habits in general. However, I will still be checking out the boards for any new info and to help wherever I can... it looks like the boards have been unusually quiet as of late with the majority of the "experts" missing in action for some time now... summer vacation from the boards? hopefully things will pick up again in a couple weeks/after the summer But, it means that those of us who haven't been around as long will need to step up and help as much as we can...thats something I'm willing to do
