Day 1 of new cycle:
Taking a break with Milk Thistle Will measure on day 6 to see if any growth stayed.
As a side note, I was just recently tested for hyperthyroidism. I've always wondered.... it will be interesting to finally find out the result.
Take care all....

A little bit past day 6 of BE-break Current Measurements: Just over 31" round right breast - nearly 7" (between 6.75 & 7") left breast - nearly 6.5" (between 6.25" & 6.5") I decided to ramp down to no herbs, not even Saw Palmetto or Black Current (which I ran out of anyhow) - best way to test how real this is. Aches and pains are pretty much gone as is any lumpiness/pms-type firmness. Looks like the growth is REAL What is really interesting is that I had a couple work-related stressful days over the weekend, which caused me to not eat properly - missed a couple meals, so I lost a couple pounds (big no-no for skinny me), but I still kept the new weight on the breasts (or at least part of it ?!?). If it goes the same way the next three months when I restart the herbs, I could potentially be at my goal/nearly at my goal 4 months from now - now that is really exciting! Take care all!

*tears up* You are an inspiration. Would you say the creame (meifefefehwhazzit) you ordered helped? How often do you use it? I'm asking these questions kind of blindly because I haven't checked the website yet. ^.^; Thanks, tho!

to be honest, I'm not sure if the cream helped or if it is just the herbs, since I started using the herbs first. Maybe I should try the cream first after I finish my break and then start the herbs....I would love to not need any internals Thanks for the support and good luck with any attempt you might choose to make! Oh yeah...and read read and read everything you find on this website! Comparitively, I seem to be a slow grower compared to some on this board...wow

Love your booby diary, I'm new to this, such a inspiration! =) I have one question though, I bought the f2f book too, and looks like lucille tells us to start taking the herbs when the period starts, and stops it when it's done? Do you keep on taking the herbs when your periods' done too? =)

Thanks Generally, I kept taking my herbs continuously until my current three month break.... except I ramped up my herbs when I started, ramped down my herbs before my current month-long break, and took a break on day 1 of my cycles, and once took a break on day 14 of my cycle (ran out of certain herbs and it has also been recommended). ...I haven't read F2F in a couple months... mind you, I only used it as a very basic informational guide for starting up (good because it has most of the basic info together in one package without having to search for posts ), but I used the info on this website for fine tuning a proper routine... I definitely didn't remember it recommending using herbs only during your period, so here is a quote (from the book) you may have mis-read (unless I misunderstood that part of your post)?!? "Follow this routine for the duration of your cycle - from the day your period starts until the day before your next period begins." That means the full 28 days (or however many days your cycle runs for)...not just during your period. Take care, and good luck with any BE adventure you might attempt

Time to continue the herbs again ramping up up up.... I'm going to start things a little different this time...focusing (and starting) on the Saw Palmetto and the Mirifem Cream with massage... then will add the GLA's (since I need to buy some...completely forgot) and then the Red Clover and Fennel last if needed. I want to see if I can avoid the Fennel completely... Most of the extra growth from my last measurement stayed...hurrah!

Hello all... my current routine for BE herbs and such that I have ramped up to - added one pill a day until today: - Saw Palmetto Extract - 120 mg x 2, twice a day (equivalent to approx. 3200 mg dry herb)
- Red Clover Extract - 500 mg, twice a day
- Boobie Messsage - mostly before bed but sometimes twice a day
I am already feeling soreness/achiness in the breasts....yay. There wasn't any reaction with the Saw Palmetto alone, but when I added the Red Clover, that set it off (yeah, I changed my mind about the order to take the herbs). It seems to be about equal on both sides right now. Take care all!!

I read through your routine and stats and am interested in your routine. I am struggling with my routine. I take 1 FG 3X per day, 1 SP 3X per day, and I ramped down to 1 WY once a day because initially I felt slight pain at that level. Now...nothing for 3-4 days. I originally bought RC capsules and then decided against taking them. I thought I read something (I don't remember where) about RC being bad for people with fast metabolism, which I am. Anyway, I came across your routine and noticed you are taking it. I'm wondering if I should try it. I have very similar stats as you (except you are about 4 inches taller)- I am 110-115 pounds, blood type A+, very fast metabolism. Any thoughts?

Hi Joyful... sorry about the late response, I thought I would do some research to answer your question. I think most of the comments about Red Clover have been done by Wahaika, so I thought I would find some quotes by him. You could try using the Red Clover the same as I am. I don't think it would do any harm... especially since you seem to have stalled a bit. Here are some quotes you might find interesting. One of them was part of a conversation I had with him: "Yep. There are circumstances under which Red Clover is best used. I would say it is best as a topical. It also has a reputation for putting weight on all over for some women, so those who are small framed and in the sub A sizes could use it as an internal to get a jump start." "Red Clover does have its uses in certain situations. Here is how I would recommend it now days:
If one is a small frame and a hard gainer, then use it internally but ramped up S-L-O-W-L-Y and then ramp down slowly and use fenugreek for a while to backfill" lol...I actually forgot about this last bit of info. I might just have to follow this theory a bit more closely, or find a modification of it. You could say I did a version of this. Started ramping up the Red Clover, then added the Fennel (well, Saw Palmetto was first of course). But I never thought about (remembered?) cutting down the Red Clover at the same time... hmmmm.... It definately seems to get things/sensations started... as for how permanent? who knows at this point... one thing I'd like to add is that Red Clover has not yet added any extra weight anywhere else, although it would have been nice Take care!

Constant soreness with these low doses... Tonight I replaced my nightly Red Clover dose with Fennel. We shall see if the soreness continues. I'l then replace the morning dose as well and see what happens. Testing the Wahaika theory...
