This is the regime of herbal tablets I propose to take. I have been reading up on this subject for over 2 years now, but I have finally decided to actually order some herbs and see how it goes.
I am currently 18 years old (just!) and my breast measurements are 30 inches(76cm) under-bust and 36 inches (91.5cm) over-bust. I wear a 34C bra, which fits me perfectly - but I would love to be a 34D or 34DD.
Here are the herbs I will be using, and how often:
Morning:
Saw Palmetto capsules - 1250mg - x 1
Red Clover capsules - 550mg - x 1
Wild Yam tablets - 500mg - x 1
Fenugreek capsules - 610mg - x 1
Fennel capsules - 440mg - x 1
Evening:
Red Clover capsules - 550mg - x 1
Wild Yam tablets - 500mg - x 1
Fenugreek capsules - 610mg - x 1
Fennel capsules - 440mg - x 1
Take all with orange juice.
Massage with boobie batter containing:
-Coco de Mer body lotion
-St. Ives 24hr moisturiser
-Nivea Johoba oil mosturiser
-About 5-7g of ground fenugreek seeds
-3800mg worth of capsules of EPO (squeezed out)
-1200mg worth of capsules of Starflower oil (also squeezed out)
-Olive oil[/b]
This all adds up to 9 doses a day, and altogether per herb:
Saw Palmetto: 1250mg per day
Red clover: 1100mg per day
Wild yam: 1000mg per day
Fenugreek: 1220mg per day
Fennel: 880mg per day (I could up the dosage of these to 3 caps per day for 1350mg per day?)
I was suprised at how expensive these herbs actually are, even after searching for the cheapest comparison, a 3 1/2 month supply of these herbs cost me over £75! I am still at school and only have a saturday job, so this was considerably dipping into my savings (nearly 2 weeks worth of wages)! Its difficult for us gals in the UK because there isn't such a wide variety of health food stores or websites to choose from.
Because of this, I am reluctant to use too many of my pills each day, although I am open to purchasing other herbs if women have had good experiences with them. I see some people posting on this board take over 3000mg of certain individual herbs each day - but is this really recommended, or necessary? Will having a smaller dosage of the pills lessen my chances of success? Capsules or tablets which are over 1000mg often state that you should not exceed 1 dose per day, so why is such a heavy dosage necessary?
I haven't actually received the herbs yet after ordering them, but I will be sure to update regularly on any progress when I do start it ;D
Your advice and expertise is really appreciated!
